All the other dealers we went through that day were closed , but we were ok with that after all we were just looking. As I peeked into the truck a gentleman by the name of Austin greeted me in the lot. He was well spoken and extremely friendly. He asked if we wanted a key to look over the truck and proceeded to get it. He let us check it over we talked some numbers and being close to closing we decided to come back the next day to test drive. The next day we come back to drive it and we get 5 miles down the road and feel in love with this truck. My phone rang and Austin had already been working on our deal. We come back at 430 and they had everything ready to go, all we had to do is sign. This review is NOT about quality of work…read more I stopped by Graff Jeep in Rockford because they advertise an Express Lane for "quick" service. I thought it would be a nice alternative to traveling south of Grand Rapids for an oil change and tire rotation. Apparently they only do "scheduled" work... and their "quick lane" is usually scheduled at least two days out. I believe they fall short compared to dealerships which have an express lanes that are "first come first serve" and can help you with basic services when you need them.

Joey took care of me and was very apologetic as I believe he genuinely didn't realize these two things were a problem on this particular vehicle. If you do not have mechanical knowledge, have a mechanic inspect your car. You sign multiple agreements acknowledging this. Overall, they have fair prices and are willing to negotiate. I would recommend for some one looking to buy a used car.

Zero stars. Never NEVER come to this scam of a shop. They "rebuilt" our transmission, didn't…read moreassemble it correctly - trans filter dropped off causing us to have it towed to them for re-repair (they didn't cover cost of tow even though it was in warranty). Vehicle still did not function correctly, returned a third time under warranty to get it fixed and was told "a little leaking is normal for an old transmission and there is nothing wrong". After a year of saving to get it fixed at a reputable shop we found that it had loose bolts, missing friction material, most rebuild parts were still original, damaged parts that should have been replaced, and a "new" torque converter that ate itself - all in less than 2000 miles of use. They refused to even work with us on compensation or even talk to us (went in person twice, sent TWO physical letters to them and got no replies or calls) - horrible place, never ever come here.
