I've never been in here before. The store is huge! I was looking for some comfortable steel toed shoes for work. I found a pair that I really like. They are slip on and feel cushiony and comfortable. The guy helping me was very nice and showed me right where I needed to go. He also told me that they have a BOGO 50% off deal going and if I loved the shoes and wanted another pair I could come back within a week (with my original receipt as proof) and get the other pair for half off! read more

I've been to this location at least twice before and this was my 3rd. Primarily I was looking for footwear for work. Even without my corporate discount, this place has the best selection and prices!! In this era and especially at an "outlet" store, customer service is pretty self help was far as looking for merchandise but the lighting was excellent, signage adequate, products well organized so basically you're on your own. Checkout was pretty basic, if you're in the Skechers database (phone # or email addy), you can earn points and if there a corporate discount you can show them the code and they're look up your company in their books (30%) is nothing to sneeze at especially with their already great prices! read more

Worst shoes and customer service I have ever experienced! Bought two pairs of shoes, I returned one pair because I didn't like how they fit. I kept the other pair because they felt like they had more support, wore them for the day. Consequently, it gave me the worst foot pain ever. Shoes have no support, two pieces of cardboard probably have more support. Bottom of receipt says 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I went in store and they said there's nothing they can do because I wore them. How am I supposed to know if these shoes are for my feet if I don't wear them? 100% guaranteed? False advertisement. They did nothing to correct it. So now I'm stuck with foot pain and some overpriced Walmart shoes. The lady at the counter was very rude and unprofessional. She was no help and instead made me feel bad about wanting to return some shoes that hurt my feet badly. read more

Besides one other couple, my wife and I were the only people in the store when we went shopping there on December 17. I was looking for several pairs of shoes in size 13. There were several sales associates on the floor, one was stocking right by where I was standing. I think I was passed by by different employees at least five times. No one ever bothered to ask if I needed help or had a question...no one! I bought one pair of shoes for my wife, and the cashier piped up asking if I wanted to take advantage of getting a second pair for half price. I told her that I wanted to buy several pairs, but no one wanted to ask if I needed any assistance. All I was told was "sorry about that." I wrote to the Skechers home office, all they did was write back offering me 25 percent off of my next purchase. Sorry Skechers, but there will be no further purchases from me. read more

I came for new sneakers. The promotion was buy one, get 1/2 off, so two $60 pairs cost $90 plus tax. I got one black and one denim blue. Fit was perfect and the soles are thick so they won't wear out for a long time. Dari's tip: Check the thickness of the soles before you buy shoes here. Located in revamped discount mall north of Cerritos Mall. Surrounded by BJ Brew House, Nordstrom Rack, Saks Discount Store, TJ Maxx, Guitar Center, Chuck E Cheese, Olive Garden. We buy all our active wear shoes from Skechers. Usually travel to Norwalk or Hawaiian Gardens. Now we have our own store minutes from home. RIght now, since they just opened, there isn't much variety of stock. Lots of Go Walks for men and women, Foamies for kids. I'm anxious to see them grow and morph into a beacon of the neighborhood. read more

Horrible service. Went with my family and found some great deals in the clearance section. Went up to pay and the price was different. Had to show the manager that the sign didn't say specific shoes were priced for the set price. I had intention to buy another pair at full price, but they didn't honor the clearance price that was posted even though various other shoes were in the same section. The manager was the one that helped me and he said no to adjusting the price. I left all the shoes I was going to purchase and will never think of Skechers again. Damn. Wish I knew about this place sooner! I was sent here from the Fullerton location because they didn't have my son's size in a particular shoe he'd chosen for himself. So glad I came here - I didn't know they even were located in Cerritos! I made not one but two visits within hours. Associates are friendly & extremely helpful (also very kind to my toddler, shopping with the little dude presents it's difficulties) I had been informed they were a fairly newly opened store. Wow. Much big, such selection. I'm a fan!! Honestly they have such cool, colourful shoes for kids. They've won my loyalty! read more

Great place. I always come here for shoes because they get the older stock then selling for half off what you would have paid 8 months ago. They also carry wide shoes and the selection is about 10x what you would see in a regular store. They have good customer service and it has never been crowded when I have gone. I've bought about 7 pairs of shoes from here over the years and I couldn't be happier. read more

This Outlet store is clean and well organized but what hurts their business is their extremely poor customer service. If there is 1 customer in line; expect to wait a long time. What was shocking was when they first opened I bought 6 pairs of sandals and the clerk failed to check the shoe boxes. I could've ended up with rocks! I went home and discovered I had only one sandal and the other one was still being displayed. I live all the way in LA. So I called the store. Their lack of sales rep training really showed. When I asked for the Manager, there was no floor manager. They never apologized or offered coupons, discount, etc. when I returned for my 1 sandal, the employee who made the mistake just ignored me. CONSUMER WARNING: Deals are misrepresented and customer service is horrible should something happen.
