I wanted a second opinion and the only 2 other transmission shops that were known to do good and honest work in the rockland/ramsey area had closed forever. I asked my network of friends and one of them recommended Rich (the owner) as a honest and qualified transmission repair shop. Rich diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than a half hour and i drove home with no issues. He even refused to take any payment, as he said it was an easy fix ! I called Citywide and they said to bring it down whenever I could. They inspected the car and told me the issue was a corroded shift cable.
