I was able to schedule and they got me in within a few days. (They are a busy Shop) They were able to flush fluid, replace filter, service front and rear diff's and found a rubber seal was bad that they had replaced no charge. Since having the girl back, She shift perfect, buttery smooth, transmission code went away which was most likely to oil being abit low, dirty or bad sensors but they found sensor was good. Car is running like a champ and will use them again on my other vehicles if i can not do it myself. Thank You Paul and Team.. Nevermind the 1 negative comment. If you know your cars and take care of them when they need it, you will understand how they work and who to blame in Joe W case above. Aint the Shops fault.

When he picked up his car from a mechanic named Shorty after having an engine installed it was stuck in sports mode. Definitely, not running right. The mechanic Shorty told him to keep driving the car and it would correct itself. Thanking the Creator that he took it to Roger. My nephew picked up his vehicle and he was so happy with how smoothly his car drives now. Come to find put the other mechanic (Shorty) did not attach parts correctly and lied about replacing parts. I cried when I saw the damage; I love my car and its unique body style! And I was very worried about having it repaired to my quality standards. Fortunately, I followed AMMO NYC on YouTube and discovered that he was greatly impressed by and spoke highly of J&B BODYWORKS' expertise, well-equipped facility, significant attention to detail and overall care. I met with Joe Izzo (an owner) and his son Mike and they immediately assured me that my car would be treated as well as the Ferraris, Bentleys, Lamborghinis and other high-end cars that this shop is uniquely certified to repair by the manufacturers. Joe also went above and beyond in working closely with my insurance company adjuster to ensure that the needed repairs were covered within the insurance company's limitations and avoided the car being 'totaled' due to its age and the extent of the damage. Lastly, the J&B BODYWORKS Team went above and beyond by making some minor repairs that most people would not notice, except anal people like me. You give me that and I'll never go anywhere else. And that's exactly how I'd describe Best Service Auto Body. Both Alex and Yuro are awesome at what they do. I've been there twice with a 2017 BMW X3 xDrive28i and have needed a new driver side fender, sunroof drains cleaned out, brake pads and indicator sensors replaced, oil change, etc. The fender was the biggest job so far - I think some random person was walking around one night and just decided to kick mine in for some reason. It wasn't hit by a car because the paint was intact; regardless, I needed to get a new fender as it was bent so bad. Given this car is 9 years old with white paint I thought the new fender would stand out in noticeable contrast to the weathered paint on the rest of the car, e.g., the hood, door, roof, etc. I was totally wrong (see before and after pics) - I don't know how Yuro did it but he matched my paint color and then blended it so well I can't even tell a new fender was put on! You definitely can't get that level of service just anywhere, especially without paying extra. You can tell they take great pride in their work. As if that wasn't enough, they cleaned my car for free before they gave it back to me. Apparently there was some chemical substance that got on the window and paint the day before I dropped it off. No matter, all gone. All of this has been at half or less than what a dealer would charge. These guys are the best, and the name says it. Go there and you won't be disappointed.

They are conveniently located near the 59th Street bridge/off Northern Blvd. They also don't mind working on late model cars and my Volvo S70 is kept in good repair, though on more than one occasion the guys at BKM have given me solid advice & saved me money on repairs not needed. That is a rare attribute in a car repair shop and is why I trust them. They went the extra mile for me on more than one occasion, fixing a part rather than replacing it. Plus being a dog-friendly shop means I bring my pup to hang out in the waiting room while they work. If you need work done by an honest shop, you can't go wrong here. They immediately sent a mechanic to attempt a jump start (yes, wonderful Guillermo walked over to my location) and when that failed, they offered to PUSH MY CAR to the shop because I was so close. Unfortunately, I couldn't even shift to neutral and had to arrange a tow (which they also offered to help with, if I didn't have it covered by insurance). When I arrived, not only did George remember me from an emergency brake fix a while back, he worked MAGIC to diagnose the problem (complicated circuitry issue), source necessary parts/technicians, and get me on the road within 2 days at a very reasonable cost.
