The prices are expensive. It is supposed to be high-end, but the look of certain items look like they could be priced lower due to looking just as good as discount stores. I don't like to say she did something for sure, as we don't know if she was just tired or didn't know she was coming off that way. However, we were standing in front of the dressing room. I was deciding whether or not to try the dress on and she again asked if we need anything. We said I was going to try the dress on and she said "in there" with a rude tone. Then, my boyfriend was going to come with me and she said "just her" with another monotone voice. She didn't smile at all during talking to us, even when she asked how we are doing. I had never been here before. After being pregnant and nursing for a long period of time, I came…read morehere looking for bras on a Saturday. I wrote my name on the sheet. It stated to write your name on the sheet and they would call your phone number if you stepped out. I came back, after a few minutes they called the name after mine. They never called me. I got a fitting. I had $250 worth of bras. Of course the bras felt great in the 5 minutes I wore them. I take responsibility for buying the bras before I went out of town, which didn't give me a lot of time to try and return. The sports bra, I brought back because you could see the seems through workout shirts. Upon taking the tags off of the padded t shirt bras, and wearing for more than 5 minutes, it became evident the cup size was too big. I went back, she resized me a cup size smaller and then changed out one of the bras. I still had $160 worth at home. Again, the new bra felt great, but upon wearing it, it was digging up my arm pit and the other bra I couldn't return since she took of the tags. I have a 1/4 in red line on my torso from the bra being so tight. I am out $240 and a $85 gift card (which I have no use for, because no one can fit me), and no wearable bras. I had to make 3 trips to the store, Including the most recent one 4 days after buying. Money is very tight and I could have really used the $320. I do believe they should stand behind their fittings. Never again. In the future, I will order off Amazon (same bras), try, on and return for a full refund.

I just think with Mayfair close by we have enough, Hot Topic and Ragstock's that it's not necessary to bring a satellite of those stores to the Wauwatosa Village.
