To make it even more confusing, my friend ordered the same jalapeño bread and received the correct bread, so I'm not sure why only mine was substituted. I understand that items can run out, but customers should be informed before a substitution is made, especially when it involves food that could affect someone with allergies. I paid for jalapeño bread and expected to receive what I ordered or at least be given the option to choose a different substitute or a refund.
