That said, today's massage itself was actually great. Unfortunately, the experience at checkout completely changed my view of the business. I paid via Zelle and showed confirmation that the payment was processing, including the notification and account details. I also offered to follow up shortly to confirm once it cleared, as I needed to leave to pick up my daughter. Instead, I was repeatedly told to stay and wait. I was then followed outside, and the staff member actually got into my car to prevent me from leaving. I had to physically ask her to get out of my car. Shortly after, the payment went through as expected. I understand wanting to confirm payment, but this situation was handled in a way that felt extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable -- especially toward a long-time customer who was clearly trying to pay. It's disappointing because the massage itself was good, but the overall experience left me shaken and unsure I would feel comfortable returning.

It's like a mass factory with a handful of rooms and 3-5 massage tables in each room so there was a stranger getting massaged a few feet away. Honestly the table was a little bit hard and my neck afterwards was more stiff than it was before the massage, so it wasn't very comfortable. The woman who massaged me spoke hardly any English and she didn't give me a great massage, half the time she was just pressing against my body, sometimes just pressing against my bones. I've been to other Asian massage/reflexology places where I've received a much better massage, so it's likely just hit or miss based on who you get, but this place definitely charged more than the other places I've gone to. I had never been to a space that didn't at least provide a sheet. There was also no pillow, just a cheap towel outlining the space for your head. I struggled to get comfortable as there was no padding for my face. The massage itself wasn't terrible, which is why I give two stars. Had I paid something like $50 bucks for it I would have said hey, you get what you pay for. However, the pricing is somewhat close to what you can get elsewhere for a much better experience. If I were to come back I would avoid the full body massage and stick to a foot massage!
