Came here for the first time after purchasing a spa monthly special and It was a treat. First of all, it started with a facial provided by Zara. She was very kind and welcoming. Her European facial was ahhh-mazing. My face is glowing now. I also had a massage by Clint. He was also very kind and professional. He gave me a very relaxing all over body massage and when I told him how much I love my feet massaged, he paid extra attention to them. I made an appointment for my fiancé to get a trim and a blonde balayage as a surprise. Fast forward to the day of the appointment, and I get a call from my fiancé telling me that she wasn't happy with her hair, and her haircut was not what she wanted. The stylist had cut off all of her hair in heavy layers when she had asked only for a trim and to leave the length alone. She had sent me pictures and it was clear that she was given some highlights, and that her hair was still brunette. I called the salon immediately. I spoke to someone about these issues I had just mentioned, and she was helpful and scheduled my fiancé to come back to fix her color two days later. She had a new stylist, and by the end of her appointment her hair was finally blonde, and we had been offered the appointment for free since she wasn't happy with her hair after the first round. The salon was beautiful, the owner was fair. The woman that helped me schedule the first appointment and reschedule a new appointment was professional and kind, and overall we had a good experience. Although my fiancé wasn't happy about the cut and color from the first stylist, the color came out great the second go-round and she is learning how to style her new cut beautifully at home. read more

I went in for a scalp facial with Danielle. The service was incredible. First, she started by examining my scalp with a high powered magnifying glass. She was able to see where I had build up, where I had stress marks, where my blood vessels were hidden, etc. It was really neat to see the scalp so closely. Then she worked through the scalp, stimulating the blood vessels. Danielle was very precise and clearly knew what she was doing to promote a healthy scalp. Then, we went into the spa room where Danielle gave me a hair mask, while giving me a mini facial and arm massage. We finished by shampooing, blowing dry, and styling. It was quite the treat!! I would not recommend this place. I went there to get my hair colored and highlights. They did not Cover the grays very well at the ends. Then on the highlights they put too much chemicals which caused me to lose A two inched spot of hair. Then they told me I had that 2 inch spot missing which was a lie. They did not take responsibility for their mistakes. Then the owner called and was rude and insisted that we were lying. If you value your hair do not go to the salon. read more

My husband & I have been going here for years. Our stylist is Jaki & she is absolutely amazing! She listens to what you would like to have done and makes it happen. My issue is not with the stylist but with the business side. They have a reward program that you earn $$ towards future appointments. Today I went to use my rewards which would have been over $100 because I was saving up for my cut & color appointment only to find out they implemented a new system & everything was wiped out. Seriously the owner should have given gift certificates for what was there or notified the customer to use prior to the new system. Not very good business!!!! read more
