I am someone that is very reluctant to get my hair done by new people, ESPECIALLY when it comes to getting my hair cut!! Jaki was AMAZING! Not only did she do a great job and ask all of the right questions to get what I was looking for, she was also so KIND and wonderful to talk to! she showed me ways to style my new cut and made sure to check that I was happy with the result for my hair! Great haircut and balayage by Courtney! This was my first time at Cloud9 and in the past I've always struggled to get orange tones out of my hair, but she did an amazing job with that. Never have been so happy with my color, I felt like she really made the effort to match the reference pictures I showed. Courtney and the receptionist were very nice and accommodating. I came in here this past weekend for a long overdue quarantine haircut. Due to the precautions around COVID, I was instructed to wait in my car and call upon arrival. Once they were ready, they came out and got me. All of the workers were wearing masks. My stylist was Emily and she was fantastic! I had my first appointment here today. Firstly, I was impressed with their covid precautions. Secondly, everyone was very friendly. Third, they accommodated me on short notice when another salon cancelled my appointment last minute. Additionally, the atmosphere is very cool. I had Jackie as my stylist and she was very friendly, professional, and helpful. I had asked her for some recommendations on a styling tool to add volume to my hair and what type of cut would work. Decided to change my salon location, I've driven by Cloud 9 many times and took the chance. The reason I changed was because the last place I went to tripled their prices and felt that the quality of work wasn't worth it. I'm so glad I gave this salon a chance. I want to give Mary a "10". I have enjoyed 2 spa days at this location. It is really my favorite spa. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars has nothing to do with the services. The service was amazing. I do have 2 issues though. One is the relaxation area between services can be loud. You can see right into the hair solon through the glass and hear everything going on in there. I wish the relaxation room was isolated so we can not hear everything going on in the solon. I do love the vibrant energy of the solon I just did not want to hear it while trying to relax. My other issues is a small one. I am a beautiful size 16. I have large boobs. It would be nice if they offered larger robes for those of us who might be a little larger. Although I love my curves I would rather not feel like everything is falling out of my robe. I was a little uncomfortable trying to hold everything in while sitting in the relaxation area. Even with these small issues I will be back. The service was wonderful and both times I left feeling great. Everyone is super nice and very customer service oriented. read more

I recently booked a spa day which included time in the hydro-tub, facial, light lunch, hot stone massage, body scrub and hair wash with round brush blowout. The pricing is reasonable and it was a very enjoyable and relaxing day. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive to my needs and Penny was amazing! The vibe of the spa is relaxing and I appreciated the quiet areas which allowed me to catch up on reading while waiting for my services. It is a smaller spa than what you find at a resort but that is what I felt made it more cozy. The only suggestion is to have actual bolsters available to place under ankles or knees for those of us who have trouble laying flat on a table due to back issues. My Aesthetician was excellent, her name is Zahra and I highly recommend! I must have been in there for a full hour and felt so pampered. The steam room was also nice but it was a bit of a bummer to hear a guys voice through the walls the whole time. The overall experience left me wishing I had just got up from the seat. The hairdresser was very much so in a hurry to get me out of my seat. Having your hair brushed out shouldn't leave you almost in tears, throbbing scalp, and a post-haircut headache. I informed her twice it was too rough, but this did not end the torment. Hairdresser Mia does not know how to treat very long, fine-textured hair. She created multiple knots from her wetting hair-brushing method and even had to cut one off to remove it after ruthlessly batting at it with a brush. After hearing my hair ripping I tried to remove it myself, but the knot was too far gone. (Just to mention, my hair was brushed out very straight minutes before this appointment ) The overall cut was decent, but I suggest avoiding this person who clearly has no compassion for someone's hair. read more

When I visit my family in Arizona in the summer/fall, I try to find a good hair stylist. I have been here my last 2 visits to Az and I am hooked! The lady this time was very good! (Last time they were good too) My hair is much shorter and tapers very well. I can part it anywhere, flip it out or under, and it blends so smooth it all falls into place as if I curled it, just blowing it out. Being a mom with 3 active boys doesn't leave me a ton of time to get ready to go. The stylist did exactly what I asked for. I will definitely be coming back here!!! read more
