I've heard of the behind-the-scenes treatment of this dispensary's employees by upper management, and I was surprised to hear how poor it is. Nobody can request holidays off (yes, even Thanksgiving and Christmas.), except for the GM and assistant GM. The generla manager plays favorites, yet hardly ever does any hard work herself, but is overall very effective in creating a toxic workplace for her staff. Nobody at the PV location has been there for over a year. That should tell you enough about how they treat their employees. Not to mention they delete reviews that do not look favorable to their reputation, hence their 4.9. Overall, great prices and such! But please believe me when I warn you about not working here.
