Cohen's Restoration repaired my dining room after a roof leak resulted in drywall damage and mold. Tyler at Cohen provided a detailed quote on the mold remediation and repair work. The restoration ran into problems - first there was additional mold that needed to be remediated - and Cohen's provided a reasonable change order to address that. Second - they discovered that although the roof had been repaired by a roofing contractor, water was continuing to leak. Cohen's is a trustworthy and reliable company. I was extremely pleased with the work that they did in my home. I used to have symptoms of mold exposure which we found out was because I had mold growing behind my bedroom closet which needed to be removed.
