It needed a new hatchback (the old one was completely trashed), and the only way to prevent the car from being totalled (I didn't want that) was to find a used replacement. Jason took care of everything. The car seems like new now, absolutely beautiful. You wouldn't know anything had happened. They even drove me back home after I brought it in. They dealt with the insurance company and made everything super simple for me. This is my second review and the second time I've come out of the experience thinking they are absolutely amazing. I couldn't recommend them more highly. The only sad bit for all of us, the doorbell camera did not trigger as the log flew off the cliff. We are deprived of an epic video. :(

When I finally met Garren I had that feeling that he was someone who loved his craft and he gave me a very reasonable quote. My car is a 25 year old Mercedes and he, unlike other shops, agreed with me to use the same body panel and repair it rather than using a cheapo non OEM panel. I also had bad clear coat on my hood, so I asked him to paint it as well on my dime. The car looks incredible! He also did a little touch up on some chipped paint and polished my headlights.
