I would give 0 stars if I could! I got my truck serviced there and they supposedly said that my truck needed a new timing belt but then I went to my Toyota Dealership and they told me I didn't and had it recently done. When my truck was getting serviced they supposedly put a new filter and charged me for it but then when I got home i checked my truck and it was the original filter. They just want your money and wouldn't trust them to work on my truck again they are shady! Would give them 0 stars! read more

So this review is based on my experience, even though I didn't have any service done by them yet. My old Honda was starting on some days and not on others, having been neglected due to Covid. AAA had said it was likely something more than the battery when they couldn't jump it. So I called Windsor Truck & Auto to make an appointment. They said I could bring it in on Monday to have it looked at on Tuesday. On Monday, the car started just before the tow truck pulled up. They said it probably was the 8-year-old battery, and they replaced it, and it seems to be fine. I called to cancel my appointment, and they were very nice about everything. I will certainly take my car here when/if necessary. read more

I was delighted to find an auto repair shop owned by a woman. The service was great. They checked a problem I'd been having, couldn't resolve it that day and rescheduled for another day. They needed to order parts for the actual repair, but while they were doing that, they repaired a headlight that I had just noticed was out--without. my asking and without charge. The estimate they gave me for replacing the ball joints seemed very reasonable. I couldn't get a taxi to go home, so walked. When I told Cherish, she said that if I couldn't get a ride, she'd come and pick me up!(I did get a ride.) She has my business from now on. read more

I had an issue with a sound coming from somewhere on my truck. The owner was very nice and was able to narrow down my problem to possibly something covered by a recall. Instead of charging me for a costly repair I was told to get the recall done first to see if that fixes my issue. I will be back again with any new problems. My 2005 Ford Ranger was making a whining sound from the rear end. I took it to Windsor Truck and Auto. Neo went on a test drive with me and diagnosed the problem as a rear differential problem. Cherish wrote up the estimate detailing the work to be done and the cost. It was reasonable for the work and parts also involved. Neo replaced the parts in the differential and the wheel bearings and seals. Cherish showed me all the old worn and damaged parts. The work was completed in the time and for the amount estimated. I brought my old truck (over 310k miles) in for a complete evaluation and sadly one of the cylinders had 20% compression. After ordering the parts that I requested in advanced for a "tune-up", and only after they took the extra time to diagnosis the problem, they gladly had the parts returned on my behalf and only charged me for a basic diagnosis, where most shops would have charged me an extra hour and a restocking fee on parts. I needed a ride a few miles away in order to meet up with a friend who would take me home, living in Petaluma, as one of the partners was more than glad in accommodating me. Talk about earning my complete trust in their operation by going the extra miles literally. I took my beat up old Jeep to Windsor Truck with fears of what they might find wrong and how much it would cost to fix. I was pleasantly surprised when they quickly figured out it was not my transmission and a much easier U-joint problem. After coming to them with what i thought was going to be a big costly repair but they proved they are honest and upstanding. They could have taken advantage of my expectations of spending a lot of money but they did not. They are friendly, honest and very reasonable priced. First and most important, this is the most honest and straight-forward auto repair business I have ever used. I trust their diagnosis and repair costs 100%. Great job finding and electrical issue on the wife's 2005 300C. Cost was $125 and they had it for 2 days and actually fixed the problem for the price quoted. I originally took it to the Chrysler dealer in Healdsburg (you now how you are) and their quote was $25 higher and they had it for two days and did not fix anything or come up with any info other than to ask me to pay another $300 on top of the original quoted price. This place charged me over 600.00 to fix my car for a smog check. Within one week, the check engine light was back on. I took the car to the dealer and they told me that the work that this place listed that they did WAS NOT DONE!!! They refused to refund me or make this right... I first started using Windsor Truck & Auto when I started my current job. The company I worked for used them. I was completely satisfied with the work they did on the companies vehicles and started using them for my personal vehicles as well. I know that when I take my vehicle in for a service they will also check for any issues that may need fixing. They have called tow services when my truck broke down and have given me a loaner car when my alternator went out, and didn't care that I had 2 dogs to take home, and I live in Ukiah. They let me park my trailer in their yard for several weeks at no charge. They are friendly and will give you a ride when you drop your vehicle off. They gave me a dessert tray for Christmas and if you're lucky, Cherish will have the candy bowl full on the counter. read more
