She claimed he wasn't on my account even though I have his number and said she didn't want her driver driving to Healdsburg. That was the real problem, it's not that he doesn't have AAA it's that she didn't want to honor his 100 mile tow. She told the driver, who already had him in the truck, to drop him off and leave him on the side of the road when it's dark and raining. This company should not be in business with her shady business practices and AAA should not be partnering with a company who won't uphold their end of the contract. If deb is an employee she should be fired. If she is the owner she should not be in business. If something were to happen to my dad being stranded due to her not wanting to do her job I would 100% hold them liable.

Out of all the places to go to - I went with Cloverdale Automotive and Tires because of their reviews and boy, I'm so glad I did! Craig and his crew were awesome and very honest - my engine gave out and it would cost me a lot of money to have it fixed, my vehicle is an '09 Subaru Forester - I was supposed to go on vacation with my cat and now not only I don't have a car, my plans could have gotten cancelled but they were so kind and patient with me, I was able to stay there until I was able to get my situation all sorted out. On a weekend, with no garages and few towing services open nearby, we were left stranded with no way to get around, including to the grocery store to buy food for our stay. We needed to get our car back to the dealership in Santa Rosa so we could get it fixed and arrange for a rental car. We spent hours on the phone with AAA trying to arrange a tow, only to have one company cancel on us and another pushing back their ETA by 5-6 hours and generally acting rude/annoyed. When we explained our dilemma to Santa Rosa Towing Service, they kindly agreed to see what they could do, even though our location was technically further away than the areas they technically serve. The dispatchers were friendly and communicative, and they were able to get a truck to us within two hours of calling. Martin, our tow truck driver was incredibly professional and friendly, and helped us feel at ease in a stressful situation.
