This is a very small lounge that I imagine can get very busy given the Priority Pass benefit. My…read morelatest visit was on a Tuesday at 2pm and it wasn't busy - there were plenty of seats available. For such a small place the food options are pretty good. The salad bar was great - a Cobb salad option (shredded chicken, carrots, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese, greens, and dressing) and a kale edamame salad. Other food options included chicken fried rice, Thai curry soup, caprese sandwiches (veggie & turkey options), chocolate chip cookies, chocolate parfait cups, fresh oranges, and some small snack options. Overall it looked clean but dated. The bathrooms are clean and I didn't try out the Wi-Fi this time! Not sure I would pay to come here but with Priority Pass it was worth the trek all the way to the end of the A gate wing.

Otherwise I wouldn't waste money to enter, especially since Concourse A is largely peaceful, with tons of seating and outlets. This lounge doesn't have nearly enough outlets. Tip: Sit by the restrooms, there's a power strip. Staff do their best, and they're mostly cheery or neutral. Never tried the drinks here. Food isn't bad. There are desserts! The fried rice is decent, and the salad bar is okay. Unusually, they had a whole box of fresh spicy bird's eye chilis available. I've never seen that before, and made sure to enjoy that. Yow!

You can only get pre-brewed drip coffee here. I went during lunch. They updated their soups to to winder vegetable soup and creamy Thai chicken & rice soup, while there's still teriyaki tofu rice and chicken and vegetable rice. There is a choice of two salads: kale based and spring mix based. If you're feeling a little bit indulgent, potato chips and dip are available as is chocolate pudding. There are also the requisite chocolate chip cookies. Large picture windows reveal airplane hangers and Mt. Rainer in the background. The lighting is much better than the other lounge. This is an OK lounge; I wish they made repairs in a timely fashion.

The food options is very limited (good enough all things considered) but the taste has a lot of room for improvement... They also have tomato soup or curry if you'd like something else not tofu&veg teriyaki or just fried rice. They also have the salad bar and sandwich etc snacks. The bar has some good options compared to when I first visited years ago. Nonetheless, the staffs are always nice and friendly. But... their espresso/coffee machine has been down for like almost a whole year now... would be nice if they can get it fixed someday now..

FRANKIE & the jets love the Alaska C Lounge before jetting off from Seattle... A respite from all…read morethe people at the airport who bother me... Now this place is well hidden at the end of Terminal C. You must locate the elevator and head to 2nd level. The ladies will scan your boarding pass to confirm your membership then and only then will you be allowed into the sanctuary.. Grab a table or head to the bar for a cocktail regardless of the time of day. Me at the AM time it's OJ or coffee none of that poison to start my day off... Then it's time to load up my plate with fruit , meat or the Steel Oates with raisins and brown sugar. At lunch time it's a shift of goodies but I'm never at airport in the afternoon. Once I've loaded up I'll gaze at the jets coming and going from the humongous windows to the world overlooking the runways.. If you're comprehending the privilege then sign up and come on in.. Just don't bother Frank!

I was super excited to use my lounge pass here and was thoroughly disappointed once I walked in…read more Barely any seats as it was just so crowded. This is a very big space but when we finally found a table, it was dirty. You're supposed to take your own dishes off the table when you leave. However, I noticed a lot of people just leaving a big mess. Floors had crumbs all over, too. The chairs were gross as they looked stained. The food was nothing special with deli meats, cheese, cookies, muffins, and some pasta with meatball. They also have a salad, bar, a guy serving espresso. They need to step up their food choices and less bland foods. As the main hub lounge, you would think they would blow your socks off! Nope... dirty, crowded and nothing special.

Environment: 3 I mean, it's an airport, what can I say. I've seen nicer and I think there's a lot they could do better, but overall perfectly neutral airport. Meals: 2 If you're expecting a full meal, go somewhere else. Kinda what you'd expect, small buffet area, mostly just cheeses that weren't that good. Drinks: 4 For a bar in an airport lounge, it was amazing. lot's of alcoholic and regular options, very flexible, tasted great. Atmosphere: 2 Fine. Didn't feel too crowded, but the vibe was off in upper area and there was wrappers and crumbs all over the floor and seats. Space: 4 Design was amazing, artistic arches and stuff, bathrooms were small and unclean, upholstery looked like it's never been replaced once.

This airport is by far the worst I've ever experienced. The airport agents are even worse…read more My original connecting flight from gate b to c was so ridiculous that I made it to my departing flight with 2 minutes to spare because of all the confusion and connecting trains. Which meant that if the flyers are confused, of course the luggage personnel are confused and didnt get my bag to my last flight delaying my trip by 24 hours until luggage was sent out on the next flight. Just shows how little time I had to make it from one point to the other. The functionality is missing. When I arrived back connecting at this atrocious airport the customs agent was foul. I have never come across a more unpleasant person. After running my bags through a machine she refused to let the conveyer belt reach me with my luggage and told me to grab them. I told her I couldn't reach them because they were too far down the belt behind all the barriers and she laughed. And then she did the same with my passport. Instead of handing it to me she essentially placed it 4 ft in front of me to try and grab it. I have never felt more uncomfortable in my life being put in this position. Meanwhile my flight was already boarding. And she is laughing at the way she treated me. While running to my last gate after customs AND then the SLOW one open tsa line, my gate changed but on my app was telling me the old gate. When I approached the old gate, another airport agent was sitting there on his phone talking to someone. I waited until he was done to ask where my flight will be departing because it's already boarding and instead of seeing the sweat and frustration and urgency in my entire appearance, he decided to explain that gates change all the time and that I should've checked ahead of time. When he was done explaining to me what I already knew I kindly asked him if he was going to help me or make me miss my flight by talking. This airport has a sense of entitlement that is appalling. In the future, I will avoid this airport at all cost when traveling.
