They are both completely knowledgeable of body mechanics and anatomy and Classical Pilates. These two AMAZING humans have helped me in my Pilates practice and in my day to day life. Under their teaching, I have achieved better health and have been able to maintain a higher level of physical activity in day to day chores and in sports. It has now been about 9 months. I have seen a tremendous positive change in my body since working with her. I am stronger, more balanced, and am more aware of checking in with myself daily to make sure I am engaging my core and watching my body position. My PT is impressed. Unfortunately, my experience with the front office manager, Bianca, has been extremely disappointing She was rude and raised her voice during a phone call (at 10:30am in the morning!!), and ultimately disconnected the call (slammed abruptly) despite my repeated requests to keep the conversation calm and requesting her to slow down. I am on an unlimited monthly plan S275/month approx.) and continued paying even while traveling in Nov/Dec 2025 due to my mother's passing. Despite classes often being only 60-80% full, I am charged a $15 fee for cancellation, even when canceled just minutes outside the 12-hour window due to work emergencies. In the first six days of February, I am charged $45 additional when the classes are already having vacant spots due to no signups. I attempted to discuss this respectfully, but the interaction was handled unprofessionally by Bianca. While I value the instructors and studio, the front desk experience seriously detracts from an otherwise positive environment. I plan to take this to the studio owner as I find Bianca's discriminatory behavior troubling.

The spa portion of the space is smaller but practical. I thought the one thing I couldn't live without was the waxing service. Kim uses the best quality wax that doesn't irritate my skin and makes it the least painful waxing experience I've had. One day, I decided to try a 30-minute massage with Kim and walked away feeling so relaxed and relieved of all my tension points, I had the most restful sleep that night. I've been coming back since then for the massage and I highly recommend it. Kim knows what she's doing and if you like deeper pressure points, she's your girl! The prices are more than reasonable for spa services. I have yet to try the workout classes, but looking forward to trying one soon. P.S. I found another yoga studio last year that was more my style, but had a year commitment to them so I continued to pay until January, when I had told them I wanted to cancel. It is now March, they are still charging my account. I have called, I have left several messages, I have sent several emails. I have never had someone get back to me. I am angry, as I cannot afford to pay for two yoga studios at the same time, nor should I have to. I am going to report them to my bank as fraudulent.
