I came in for an introductory class to see if Pilates was something I'd enjoy. As soon as I walked in, Julian and Monica greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel genuinely welcome. Julian was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, sharing the history of Pilates and offering some great tips that made the experience even more enjoyable. The studio itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. There were only four of us in the intro class, which made it feel comfortable and personalized. Our instructor, Anne, was wonderful--encouraging, patient, and supportive throughout the session. Although I realized Pilates isn't for me, I'm so glad I gave it a try. I would absolutely give this studio a 10/10 for outstanding customer service, knowledgeable staff, cleanliness, and creating such a welcoming environment. I emailed to cancel my membership and received both email and text confirmation that also inquired about the reason for my cancellation. I was subsequently charged the following month even though I was advised I wouldn't be. I emailed and spoke with Umar on the phone who advised I would be refunded - but I never was. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card. I've tried Club Pilates at several different locations and it's more expensive than other options like Bodybar Pilates. Pilates is a good option for those seeking to get back into working out or recovering from an injury. I would not recommend pilates in general for someone looking for a results driven workouts. Lagree is much more effective at toning muscles and there are options for studios in the Walnut Creek area. read more

My sister and I went to Club Pilates for the introductory class. It was the best 30 mins I have spent at a workout class. We arrived and the staff was very personable and they really welcome us . Once checking in we were assigned a reformer and we quickly got an overview of how to use it . The best part was the instructor was very detailed and it was easy to follow her . I love Club Pilates - Pinole. Great staff that actually takes clients into consideration. I usually take day classes but recently started mixing nights in to the rotation so I can actually say, I've been to all of them! Classes book up early so you need to be on the ball to get something set up but it's fun and sometimes it's even hard. But you work towards your own practice. Great assortment of classes too! Friendly staff, scheduling can be a bit tricky if you don't book ahead, while you're on a waitlist there's no guarantee you'll get into the class but they say likely you will. Some classes are completely booked online but when you get to the class, there are open reformers; some people don't even bother cancelling their spots to let others in which is unfortunate but no fault to the club. read more

Pretty good experience so far. I decided to start Club Pilates in the end of July to supplement my regular strength training work outs and I think so far its been beneficial. I only go 2x a week but I dont really have anything bad to say so far. All the instructors I had are very thoughtful and good. I wish weekends had more class options, but maybe people arent interested in evening classes so thats why they dont offer it? One thing I do wish is that there was more of a "community" feel with all the members, but I guess that's kind of hard to establish when you're only with each other for like 1 hour each session, and during the session everyone is working out / struggling and theres no time to talk haha. But since its a new gym maybe it'll just take more time for the family and community aspect to develop and grow. read more

I'm 2 months in and am still loving it! I find the price point a bit high for me but I told myself, if I don't feel better in 3 months, I'll cancel. I will not be cancelling! The staff are so kind and the teachers are so helpful. This is my first time doing pilates on a reformer but I never feel silly for not understanding what they are directing us to do. I did the free 30 min intro and they really packed in a workout! I was so impressed with the instructor, the super clean space and the variety of equipment used plus the FUN factor that I signed up. I really love the workouts at Club Pilates , the classes are energizing, well-structured, and the instructors do a great job of guiding and motivating. It's one of the best workouts I've found for strength, flexibility, and overall balance. That said, the pricing is extremely high. Between regular monthly bills and everyday expenses, it's just too expensive to maintain long-term. I wish there were more flexible or affordable membership options because the workout itself is excellent. Overall: amazing program and instructors, but the cost makes it hard to justify as a regular commitment. read more

So thankful there's finally another Club Pilates location in West County. Because it's new, the place is spotless! All staff are super friendly. The environment is very calming. I love that the lights are turned down low and the music is upbeat and fun! What an amazing 30 minutes!! Booking a free trial session was easy and a no brainer. The front end staff were very helpful and friendly. I arrived to the studio and was promptly greeted by lobby staff. I was able to store my belongings in an unlocked container in the lobby. Now on to our class and it's great instructor Sarah. The room was dimmly lit and full of spanking brand new equipment. The space was just the right size for a medium size class and very organized. We started promptly and boy did Sarah know her stuff. Before we even touch the equipment she went over every piece and explained what it did. This being my first time in Pilates and on a reformer this was a great introduction to it. For the next 30 minutes she took us through a routine and I found out why Pilates is so popular. They have a wide variety of classes and times.
