The event was listed as active and happening and I was able to purchase a ticket for a specific date/time. I show up to the place at the scheduled time and the doors are locked and nobody is there. I then call the number and it is busy. Finally 10 minutes later the owner shows up and tells me that the classes have been canceled for some time and that the instructor now has her own place. Gee that sure would have been nice to know before I showed up there? I then try to call the number listed on Walk About Yoga website and it goes to a rude teenage kid who tells me to go f*ck myself. I get it if you go out of business, but clean up your mess on your way out so you don't waste people's time and money.

Beginners and experts alike feel at home. There are probably six different regular instructors. Erica and Jeff are my favorites. Both take the time to explain the poses and what our bodies are supposed to be doing. Both make explain in a way that makes it easy to follow and yet both challenge me physically. Both really understand that we are all at our own unique place with our yoga and encourage us to alter as needed. They offer suggestions to either challenge or to help modify when our bodies aren't ready for the standard pose. The studio is pretty new and is very clean. Class sizes vary from a low of 6 to 8 students to a high of around 20. It never feels crowded and I think could hold a class of 30. I hate to end with money but it bears noting... This has to be the most economical place to try yoga! There are great introductory offers and incredible monthly deals. You really can't beat the deals!

I am new to yoga. I started a month ago because of lower back pain. My back doesn't ache and I am walking without pain. I love the experience. The instructors are wonderful providing support and motivation. Tomer always finds something positive to say and his energy fills the room pushing everyone to get the most out of their practice. Wendy's Yinspiration class is also a favorite of mine as I can feel the tension drift away from my body during the hour. No mattered how stressed I am entering the class by the end I feel at peace.
