I joined this location in January! Since then, I have 75 classes under my belt. The transformation has been remarkable. I feel better and look better in all of my clothes. The classes are easy to pick up and no need to feel klutzy or uncoordinated! They offer varying levels of difficulty! And always offer modified moves to suit your needs. I have to thank Yelp for doing a Club Pilates Challenge for 10 classes a few years back. It introduced me to pilates and helped me worked muscles I didn't know I had, oh and my booty looked amazing. I got so addicted to it, I had to keep doing pilates and I was doing it by my work. I just wished there was one near my house. Then Club Pilates Temecula opened up and sure enough, I did the demo class and signed up the same day for the membership. The deal was too good to pass up and I'm back on the path of a nice, round bubble booty again. I love the strength training and the conditioning but if I want cardio in it too, there are classes for it as well. I love that I have the option of doing different classes, from the reformer to the barre, and different levels for it too. Another plus is that they have late classes for working moms like me, so I can go after work or on the weekend. I've had Bridget twice now and she's awesome, she is witty, she knows where to work our muscles and she helps position you correctly if you need assistance. I've been feeling the burn after each class and I love it. Yoga and Pilates are my favorite workouts and now, I'm on the path of doing it regularly again, no excuses. Where do I begin? This place is absolutely amazing! I have been coming here for a couple of years and I can honestly say that every teacher I have been with has been exceptional! And my standard for Pilates is pretty high because I am a Pilates teacher myself, so I know what I am talking about when I say they are super knowledgeable, creative with exercises and never put anyone in harms way. My most recent experience was pretty exceptional, I literally purchased an annual package and within the month I severely fractured my ankle mountain biking. They were incredibly understanding and put my account on hold until I was ready to return. Literally the week after my surgeon said I could take my boot off I was ready to jump back in again. Although I was not ready for group classes, management gave me the gracious offer of transferring my annual membership into privates at a great price! Since I have returned I feel like myself again because the most depressing part of this whole debacle was not doing Pilates. I have been doing privates with Stephanie for a few weeks now and every single day I walk in feeling tired and unmotivated and I walk out feeling full of energy and fabulous! I actually became a teacher because I had herniated discs in my neck and within a couple months I was pain-free and off of painkillers....so knowing the magic of Pilates I am doing the same thing all over again and getting just as good results as before, I'm actually more excited about my Pilates privates than I am about physical therapy, it gets your entire body in shape instead of one part at a time like people who go to the gym. I am so appreciative and their programs are literally for anyone, just take a look at my pictures and you will see for yourself, if I can do Pilates after Only three months after surgery then anyone can! I have been a member of Club Pilates over 7 years and enjoyed my time with previous location but have had nothing but problems with the people at Temecula, Murrieta locations. I cancelled the membership after 1 month and they cancelled all my classes without even checking with me, RUDE. I spoke to Cayla in Murrieta who assured me it was a mistake and I was kept on for a paltry 3 more sessions, now I find these got cancelled too. I often was met with resistance on anything I needed. Bad ownership and the studio looks like it just got built as the ceiling is not complete and looks tacky. Instructors and staff very nice but I fear their training on client management freaking sucks. Will not be coming back. I am not used to being treated like my membership is not valued......Owner/Management take note! read more

Beware of Club Pilates in Temecula and their unethical business practices. I went here for an Introductory class and Summer talked me into buying an 8-class package for 30 days. She Never told me I was buying an ongoing membership. I only returned for 3 classes as I was dissatisfied with the instructors. 3 months later they called me to say they extended my class pkg so I could come in and use them. When I asked for a refund for the current month's charge that I noticed on my credit card, they neglected to tell me they had been charging my card for 4 months and said they would refund that previous month's charge ONLY. Very shady operation and NO way to treat a customer. I will NEVER return here and will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I have belonged to Fitness Quest 10 in Scripps Ranch for 17 years have have only received exemplary customer service from them. read more

Well, I have been procrastinating on doing something for me. I am really grateful for Katie for hanging in there, being patient with me. It's been months that we have been going back and forth. I am a caregiver for my parents full time now the last 6 years. It is a tough job when one is legally blind, Parkinson's, dementia, etc. You forget about yourself or in reality you don't care anymore about you! My teacher Doh Won is amazing. She is very patient and gentle, but makes sure we do some intense exercises each session. Over two months, I see an amazing change in my own core and shape and definitely feel much more limber and strong. The ladies at the front desk are also very nice and helpful. I enjoyed most of the classes, there's a couple of instructors who are really rigid and not pleasant to be around. But the biggest thing I would recommend is that you closely read your contract, don't listen to what the front desk receptionist says because in my case it was completely different than the deal I got. I thought I signed up for three months of unlimited classes $199 a month. What I really ended up getting was three months of unlimited that you're not able to opt out of and then you have to give an additional 30 days in order to get out of having money taken out of your account all together. Been working out here since their Grand Opening in 2017 and had no prior pilates experience when I started. The instructors are creative, challenging and able to modify (practically like physical therapy) so that no matter your unique challenges, you will benefit from these workouts! When I started at Club Pilates I was very nervous because I did not think I could ever do something like it. However, Bridget Price showed me that I could. Over time PIlates has made me more confident, stronger, and I feel better about myself. Bridget is beyond AMAZING.
