It's about arriving during the posted business hours at two separate locations and being turned away both times. If the kitchen closes early or there is a last-seating policy, that information should be clearly posted online and at the restaurant. Customers shouldn't have to guess whether "open" actually means the business is still serving guests. For a restaurant that has received so much praise, I expected far better customer service and accountability. Great food can earn awards, but honesty, consistency, and respect for customers are what earn loyalty.
