We tried this place because it is local and close. The Yelp ratings were about right at 3.5 stars. The Google rating was 4.2 and the Cluck-N-Mooh could be 4.2 to 4.5. Why? Overall the food was very good. Their menu names are hilarious and the general vibe of the restaurant was solid. I ordered the 3 Pepper burger and my wife built her own burger. The burgers were excellent and the taste profile was savory and unique. The fries were properly salted and very crispy and delicious. My wife enjoyed the onion straws too. The food was a solid 4.2-4.5. The service was friendly but slow and not attentive. Our food sat in the window longer that it should have and I had to ask them to refill my tea. Make no mistake, staffing was not an issue. The restaurant had three servers and only 4 tables of customers. Service = 3.0 I visited the bathroom after dinner and while the space was contemporary and pleasant, it was not very clean. The trash can was overflowing and it looked like it may not have been checked for hours. We arrived around 5:45-5:55 so I don't think they just finished a rush but you never know. Cleanliness = 2.5. Hence the 3.0 rating. With more attentive service and attention to detail this could have been a 4-5 rating. read more

So I headed to the milkshake bar, (note: I did not see any signs of alcohol) and placed my order. The lady that took my order was very helpful and explained the menu. Order thai chili chicken wings (clucks), chicken tenders, a burger (moo), carne asada tacos, and avocado fries. The burger was one of the tastiest burgers I've had in a long time, clucks were on point, but I'm going to pass on the tacos next time. Overall, not a bad option. Ordinarily I would not dine at a restaurant that had nobody eating. For some reason I took a chance on this day and was pleasantly surprised. Let me say I hate Covid. This restaurant has more than half a shot in a regular environment. The food is fresh and delicious the wait staff is pleasant the local draft beer is excitingly refreshing and tasty. My server was awesome- she explained the menu in detail and offered some excellent suggestions- a rarity these days. I modified the BBQ burger by requesting no fried egg and added avocado- no problem! Love the fact I could do that. Food was excellent- bun was so big I had to remove it to knife and fork the burger- but hey, who needs extra gluten anyway? So glad we tried out Cluck N Mooh again! It did not disappoint! The burger was perfect, though the bun could have been a little heartier to hold together the burger and toppings. The fried pickles are interesting but yummy. The garlic parm tots are unique in that they have a pesto sauce of sorts drizzled on them and are quite tasty as well. Nope. Nah. Hard pass. Everyone has bad days but on this particular day the staff member taking the order seemed annoyed by our existence. Didnt want to answer questions, barely engaged, and mumbled all responses. The burger was edible but lacked flavor. A little seasoned salt would really elevate the lackluster burger. The fries were good though. We ordered a fish taco and carnitas. The fish was so thin and flat. Tasted like old grease. Nowhere on the menu does it say it's a fried fish taco. I have eaten my share of tacos and that felt like an oversight. The toppings were great but the fish should have been the star. When we bought it to the attention of the staff that we weren't satisfied with a fried fish taco and would like something the sheer dumbstruck look on the staff; it was like they were looking to one another for a solution. I just realized (thanks to Yelp's constant reminders) that I uploaded my pics but didn't actually post my review. I had been wanting to try this place for a while - so when I had to visit this side of town to visit the pharmacy in the neighboring plaza (shout out to Due West Pharmacy and their amazing prices!) - I decided to give them a try. I ordered their cheeseburger with cauliflower wings and the fish tacos. I called in an order from the parking lot and the food was ready waaaaay faster than I thought it would be. In fact - I was convinced that she was approaching the wrong car when she came out less than five minutes later with my food. Turns out - it WAS my order. I thought my burger was pretty good - the patty was a little dry - but still solid. My "Colli" wings were pretty good. My fish tacos were disappointing. The description says they're topped with mango pico, coleslaw and chipotle mayo. I asked that they please omit the mango pico but was fine with everything else. When I checked my order, I discovered that my fish tacos were covered in shredded cabbage. When I asked the 'server' what happened to the coleslaw, she replied, "That is the coleslaw." I explained to her that coleslaw has dressing - without it - it's just shredded cabbage. After a little back and forth, she understood what I was saying and went back in the restaurant and came back with a little condiment of cup of chipotle mayo. The fish was a bit lackluster and the tacos were dry because the chipotle mayo is too thick to easily distribute or 'drizzle' along the tacos. I'm not a chef or a restaurateur, but IMHO they really should consider making an actual coleslaw. I love the fish tacos at La Parilla's and they don't come with pico - just coleslaw - so it would definitely provide some much-needed moisture. I thought the portions were a little meager based on the pricing and location - but definitely suggest others stop in to give the a try. 3 Stars - A-OK! read more

Service was super slow. How does a restaurant expect to be successful when you have nothing but teens working? Never saw an adult or manager the whole time we were there. When we got there, half the tables were occupied and the other half were covered in dishes from previous customers. The floor under our table (after we finally got sat) had food and trash all over the floor. We ordered wings and burgers and then shakes. The food took FOREVER! I would not recommend this location. I placed an online order. When picking up the restaurant did not look busy and now I know why. The waitress didn't give me all of my food but said that was it. A guy came out with the rest. I was also charged for cheese fries which I did not get. I showed her the receipt and the waitress said oh we don't serve those. She did not offer a refund. I just walked out because a few dollars isn't worth the irritation. I understand mistakes happen but their staff needs customer service training and when filling an order and realizing something was ordered you do not have you would think they would address that when giving you your order. I'll definitely need to go by for one of the more ambitious shakes they offer which are loaded with treats similar to My Fair Sweets if you've ever been there. For this visit, I ordered chicken tenders with hot lemon pepper dipping sauce and fries, and an Oreo milkshake. The tenders were nice size and greasy lol which was the goal so no immediate complaints. The Oreo shake was just okay. This Restaurant is new and is in a location that is hard to get in and out of and I think that is why the seats are always empty inside. If people knew how good this food was there would be a line out the door but I don't think people have bothered to stop here because maybe it is hidden or it's in a bad traffic area but the food is so worth it. Stopped here on a whim for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised that everything we had was excellent! My wife tried the Oink burger , and it was fantastic. BBQ sauce, haystack onions, fried egg, bacon and cheddar cheese, and of course she chose the beef patty. It was cooked perfectly and the ingredients were extremely flavorful. I usually consider myself a burger purist (don't get me started about people that ruin burgers trying to be fancy), but this was delightful! I had the 3 taco special: 1 asada, 1 chorizo, and 1 carnitas. These were street style, and were all good, though the asada we the best and the carnitas had the least flavor. The service is still under construction. The food came out at separate times, not too far apart but it was a little frustrating.
