Clustertruck has a great variety of food. Everything arrives fast and fresh. I reported a food quality issue and received a response and refund in less than 30 minutes. The staff also offered to remake my order and it was delivered in under 15 minutes. Definitely better customer service than some other larger food ordering services!

Cluster truck is a great option if you're looking for a variety of cuisines to be delivered to you! Over a couple of orders I tried a variety of of things. Pad Thai was delicious and I would get again, beef tacos were simple and exactly what you would expect which I appreciated, tater tots shows up still crispy, and the cookie dough ice cream might be the best I've ever had!! The dry rub tenders were good but I was hoping for a bit more flavor from the rub and the potatoes salad was a style I've never had before and just wasn't for me. I am looking forward to trying a lot more from this vast menu! Delivery has always been very quick!

Cluster truck rocks! I haven't had it in years, but visiting Indy and didn't want crappy over priced hotel breakfast so I ordered Cluster truck. Quick delivery, their estimated time was correct and we had our food delivered right in front of our hotel in just 24 minutes! The majority of my experiences with ClusterTruck have been due to actual Yelp events. Thus, I've never really had the opportunity to review this unique food experience. However, yesterday a meeting I was attending for work ended up using ClusterTruck for our lunch and I finally got the kind of experience that makes me feel like I can give an honest interview. We were notified by the meeting organizer that we would be using ClusterTruck. We were provided a special link for a group. This link allowed each individual to order and pay on their own. This is a pretty fantastic option that saves a lot of chaos for group orders when it's never quite clear who's going to pay what. Everything is done up front and all you have to worry about is actually selecting the food you want and making sure someone is present to pick it up. I like how their Facebook page describes it - "Food truck attitude meets world-changing technology." That really is it. The options for food are pretty fantastic from burgers (including those from local fave The Mug) to pizza to Asian to salads to all kinds of desserts, sides, etc. I think probably the only thing I don't care for is that it seemed like all the drink options are bottled and I didn't see an unsweetened iced tea option (I ended up ordering a bottle of sweet tea). I ordered a burger from The Mug - it was a special order and it was delivered exactly as I had ordered it. I also ordered a side of roasted red potatoes, a particular obsession of mine that I was thrilled they offered. They ended up being the definite highly here as I thought the burger was just a notch below in terms of quality and a notch above in terms of pricing. Once everybody had submitted their orders, we submitted our orders and got our food in about an hour. Our group was probably about 12-15 people. I do know that one order didn't arrive (I'm unsure if this was corrected, but I will note I saw the person eating later. I just don't know if it was ClusterTruck or if she'd ended up heading down to our cafeteria). I heard no other concerns about orders or order accuracy and mine was fully correct. ClusterTruck is different from third party apps. They do their own cooking and use their own couriers. Thus, they are not a "middleman." In essence, they're a delivery only kitchen (and call themselves America's first). This was a good experience and I would easily use it again. I'm not willing to quite go a 5-star due to one inaccuracy, a burger that was more warm than hot (and a little disheveled in packaging), and pricing that can run a bit steep (I paid just over $20 for a burger, roasted red potatoes, and bottle of Pure Leaf Sweet Tea). I also was disappointed at the lack of an unsweet tea option. However, there's no way I can go less than 4-stars. The convenience is amazing, the food quality was still very good (I'm super impressed they pulled off quality roasted red potatoes), and it's a dynamic option for group meetings with easy to use technology. This is a definite winner. They also have a "Cluster Points" option that can build up to rewards. As a person who is single and typically dines alone, I'm not sure I'll ever be a ClusterTruck regular, but I sure look forward to the next group meeting where I get a chance to dig deeper into their menu.

I received a email from ClusterTruck saying how good their Orange Chicken was. It most definitely did not disappoint! I have had it three days in a row. It's so delicious! The last two times I added the extra chicken for an additional $4.00. On the 14th my Boss ordered for us. I attached the email I received and receipts for the 13th and 15th. You've gotta try the Orange Chicken it is so yummy!

A friend suggested i try them one day when i expressed i was tired of eating from the same restaurants downtown. Feeling adventurous, i decided to try the Mahi Mahi sandwich and side winder fries. The flavors of the fish and aioli sauce went together well, and the coated fries were also seasoned well without being too salty. I have also had the chicken sandwich... twice and it was obviously very good. The food arrives quickly enough that things are still warm/fresh. My fries were a little cool once but they were still good. I also appreciate how they secure the bag so well that i had a little struggle to open it myself lol. They communicate their arrival time and you walk out to meet them curbside. Highly recommend clustertruck and cant wait to try more things from the menu.

Have eaten from Cluster Truck a few times and have enjoyed the food so far. I really admire the way they operate their business as the food is well priced and portioned. I ordered their BBQ chicken pizza for delivery which came very quickly and was visually very well prepared. Truthfully the pizza looked a bit better than it tasted as the chicken was a bit dry and bland and the crust was not crispy whatsoever. However the sauce and red onions were done deliciously and helped restore the quality of the pizza. Regardless I still enjoy Cluster Truck and will be trying a new dish soon.

I've heard and seen many great pictures of food that comes out of the ClusterTruck kitchen downtown. So, I finally tried it a couple of weeks ago. I downloaded the app and you can pick the day and time you want your food to be delivered. You tell them the closest place from where you are and they will send you a text when they're close. Then you just walk out to the car they tell you in the text and they hand it to you through their window. The bags are stapled shut so no one can open it once it leaves ClusterTruck. I've had the breakfast burrito, the tacos, and the arroz con pollo. All were great. My favorite would be the tacos. They come warm and wrapped in foil and in a nice container. They have drinks, sides, desserts also on the menu. If you work downtown or live downtown check them out. It is great food!!!

Ordered Pad Thai from ClusterTruck today for the first time. Not only was the food amazing, it arrived HOT! And, from the time I ordered to the time it was delivered took 12 minutes! Fast, delicious, fresh - a milion times better than fast food, food trucks, and all other delivery services. ClusterTruck prepares all the food in its kitchen and times the cooking to coincide with driver availability - it's not a typical delivery service. Also, the people behind it are farmers and foodies, so the ingredients are local and delicious. The Mug's menu is the best. The tenderloin is the best I've ever dad. I usually don't like tenderloins - not much flavor, can be tough - but this one is marinated in buttermilk overnight, tender, perfect breading. I've ordered it twice. It's easily enough for two people if you have an extra bun. Indy is so lucky to have this local gem. read more

I love clustertruck, the food is usually great. I got the brisket mac n cheese and the mac n cheese was great but the brisket was awful. Very chewy and fatty, I'm not sure if there was actually any meat at all. Stick with the buffalo chicken mac n cheese and you'll love it. read more

On Friday, our office ordered in for a noon meeting-I got the cashew chicken with jasmine rice-yummy! The food was warm, good sized portion and really hit the spot. Then on Sunday evening, I couldn't figure out what I wanted to eat and tried another Clustertruck meal-the tenderloin...was huge...wonderful flavor, not greasy, satisfying...luckily I live just south of downtown and it was about 20 minutes from order to delivery. I will be trying some of the other menu options for sure. read more

This service is absolute garbage of the highest degree. I ordered food for my wife and I at 4:30 P.M. and received a message at 8:15 saying "your food has arrived. nom nom!" My fucking ass. It is now almost 10 P.M. and my food is nowhere to be seen. I am hungry as shit and out 35 dollars. What's more, my wife has cervical cancer and has chemotherapy tomorrow. She can not eat tomorrow and is relying on this food to get her through the day. She has been weeping openly since 7 P.M. I'm assuming the name Clustertruck is a pun on the expletive term "Clusterfuck." Based on my experience, there was absolutely no reason for them to change the original term. They should also change the bullshit accompanying message to "your food is here. 'Nam 'Nam." cause i have fucking PTSD read more

ClusterTruck makes weeknight dinners so convenient when you can order in, and have it on the table in less than 15 minutes. And I felt like I needed to replenish my vitamin K reserves, so I got the sesame kale salad, which is kale, thinly sliced radish, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño slices, a sunflower and sesame seed crumble, and a sesame-ginger vinaigrette. It was delicious! You can add an egg or chicken or salmon, but I don't think it needs any of those. If I had to do it all again, I'd ask for light dressing, because they were a little heavy-handed with the dressing on this salad. Isn't that always the way?! Restaurants need to cool it with the dressing, in my opinion. To be honest, the booze situation at Rize is a little anemic, but I don't think Rize is really the place to order anything alcoholic beyond a mimosa or bloody Mary. I got a screwdriver: freshly squeezed orange juice and vodka, and I'm still wondering where the vodka went. It did not visit my screwdriver, I tell you what. The seating inside Rize feels like it's at a premium, because depending on when you visit, there is very little of it. When I visited, almost every table was occupied, and the place was echoing with conversation. I chose to sit outside, which I'd recommend, if you can! It's so nice to sit and eat a good meal outdoors. How many times do we get to eat outdoors in Indiana? Just go outside, if you can.

Okay, so being an Indiana boy from birth I've had the opportunity to consume a whole lotta tenderloin sandwiches. Trust me, I'm an expert. This was by far one of the best I've found in the whole state. Great diameter AND great thickness. I can't begin to count how many places can't get the ratio right. I am a huge fan. Loved the food and the service. BBQ over tatter tots was amazing. One time I ordered the had run out of Tots. It was an order for 2 people both of us had ordered something with tatter tots. They called me and apologized for now having my order. They refunded my money, and than gave me anything else I wanted for free for lunch. In the end I go 2 free meals and they threw in desert. ( Ice Cream) It was amazing food. Our Group at work loves the convenience of the group ordering. Everyone can order want they want and there is plenty to share and sample. The make your own make and cheese with pulled pork and chili's had a great smoking flavor. I have also tried the Apple-wood Chicken Salad which is bursting with flavor of the apple-wood and the cranberry's, cheese crumble and walnuts were a great additional. I work Downtown but My office is not close enough to anyplace to run out for lunch on my 30 minutes. ClusterTruck is fast,convenient, and has a great variety of food choices. You can also get a group order together where everyone orders and pays separately but it is delivered to the office together. Try the Tots or the Mug Burger. awesome. read more
