We sat upstairs in their covered patio with fans (even cooler, when it began to rain the plastic covering kept us dry). I enjoyed the carriage house margarita with a tahini rim. The guacamole and chips were divine - although we needed more chips for the portion. We gorged ourselves on empanada platters. I loved the corn and chicken, but wasn't too crazy about the steak. Others raved about the queso, lamb, and chorizo. I loved the number of options and all the delicious sauces. Our server was phenomenal. She took great care of us during the evening. We also were visited by the manager and treated kindly for visiting. So happy to experience this restaurant! Reservations recommended. Indoor and patio seating, and can be great for groups.

My daughter treated me and I am now obsessed! I can't begin to describe the flavors. Fresh, authentic and flavorful. I enjoyed everything we tried. We tasted to Cauliflower, Yuka fries, empanadas and Churros. I speechless! Our server Jenna, I believe, was delightful. We sat at the balcony on a perfect evening. I would not change a thing.

We really enjoyed the tostones and look forward going back to try more items on the menu soon! The unique location of it being a school bus outside Tractor Supply made this experience feel like a fun little side quest! Enjoy your meal inside the bus or take it to go! Cheers!

Fried sweet plantains are one of my favorite things (and what I miss most about living in Miami may years ago...) So this weekend I finally decided to stop there. How fun to realize that half of the bus is also tables for an actual sit-in dining experience?! What a cute, unique experience. Also I learned they are closed Sunday & Monday, but otherwise there in the week for lunch through dinner. I got there at a perfect time - I was the only person. But they shortly got several more customers as I was there. I was really just going to order fried sweet plantains, but I decided to get the "vegan arepa" with is an arepa with black brands, avocado, and the friend sweet plantains. ($11.50) I'm not vegan / I eat meat, but that combination looked appealing today and would also get me some of the sweet plaintains that I was craving. I got it to go, and it came with a little side of a nice crème sauce, and a little side of red sauce that I very quickly learned was ghost pepper! Which I don't see mention of on the menu, but I heard the other patrons in the bus talking about it. (I will say, I did save the rest of that little contianer ... gonna suffer wth it on some other food, too ...) The food was a #yum! Definitely next time going to go all-in on the sweet plantains, too. #ReviewsByRL

I ordered the Enchilado de Camarones with fried sweet plantains and Moro rice. The shrimp are prepared in a Cuban Creole sauce with mild spices. The fried plantains tasted sweet and awesome. I loved the spices in the rice and beans. My meal was delicious. My husband ordered Pan con Lechon (pork sandwich) with fries. The sandwich was huge filled of flavorful pork and pickles. He loved the taste of the soft Cuban roll. Our server, Brenda, was friendly and super attentive. She kept our waters filled and checked on us a couple times. Food came out quickly and hot! The dining room is colorful, super clean with relaxing Cuban guitar music playing overhead. We enjoyed our lunch and recommend highly.

The food is absolutely delicious. I personally love their pork dishes and the beef empanada for an appetizer. The moro rice as well as the yellow rice are both so tasty. I prefer the sweet plantains over the tostones, but that's just my preference. And don't forget to indulge in a dessert or maybe a Cuban coffee after your meal. I tend to bring my foodie group here regularly and while they are a picky bunch, I have not heard any complaints about the food here. The prices are still very reasonable and the service friendly.

Naturally, I pulled up the Yelp app to search for something open nearby for recommendations. Turns out Delicia is one of my friend's boyfriend's favorite restaurant in Broad Ripple. They both frequent the restaurants in that area as they live in the neighborhood so that's definitely saying something and I can see why based on the vibe and atmosphere! We were only there for drinks (which were amazing) and they were definitely worth making another trip for. I ordered the "Pulparindo" which is slightly spicy tamarind vodka, fresh mango puree, raw sugar simple, lime juice and a yummy tajin rim. I would have had more of it wasn't last call when we placed our order. Another popular choice was the "FIRE 'N' Ice" made with el charro jalapeño infused reposado tequila, hibiscus I basil I habanero reduction, tres chiles infused ice ball. Beautiful presentation with all the drinks. Our waitress was great and attentive. I also really liked how I felt instantly in a better mood in that space and I will be going back again for dinner soon.
