Cute little spot with delicious food and quick service!!! We had the chicken sandwich (5 stars) and the Philly cheesesteak sandwich (3 stars) and fries (4 stars). Cheap beer and good service! Can't complain :)

Our take out pizza in our little cabin in the woods. Excellent Hawaiian pizza!

Clyde's place has a great up north local feel. Every time we are in the area we get their pizza, which is similar to pan style pizza and it's by far our favorite pizza in the area. They get so busy in the summer however that sometimes they don't take to go orders. Thats ok though, because then you can go in, have a cold draft beer, and play some tunes on the juke box or play pool. It really has a great vibe inside.

Food was pathetic and pricey. Next time I'll make the kids a bologna sandwich and save myself $20 on the world's smallest "large" cheese pizza.

Good bar food at a decent price. When I pass through the area, I'll be sure to stop back in.

Clydes is the epitome of what a local dive bar should be. Small, clean, great personalities, good food, and cold beer with solid drinks.

We used qr codes to order and enjoyed a delicious dessert pizza. It's not overly sweet, but hit the spot. Service was stellar, and they even let us move once an outside table opened up. It was a beautiful night and very relaxing to sit outside, enjoy some beverages, and dessert. Highly recommend. It was also shockingly well priced for such a tourist area.

4 - I'd drive 30 minutes out of my way just to come here. Skip to the end to see my rating scale…read more The three things I look for in a brewery are an inviting outdoor space, accessibility to some good food options, and (of course) some quality beers. Big bonus if a place is dog friendly. Salty Mac accomplishes all of these parameters. It's self-serve, so it's a little different in that regard, but someone was always handy to get you pointed in the right direction with how the taps work - and there are a lot to pick from! They have options for wine, seltzers, ciders, and about a dozen different varieties of beers. In my experience it's tough to have that many offerings and produce a brew that's fantastic and make me want to come back for the beer alone. So while none of the beers were fantastic, there are enough solid options that I found one I liked and happily ran through three within a short time. The flatbreads available were really nice. We had a crab rangoon and a white, both excellent. Lastly I need to point out their tipping policy. The owners decided to pay their staff a good competitive wage so that their income wasn't based on the number of customers through the door. For that reason, all the tips are donated to local charities which were listed on a card near the register. I absolutely love that approach and wish more places did it that way. Much respect for this! My rating scale: 1 - Just don't 2 - You'll survive, but there are better choices close by 3 - Good choice if you're in the area 4 - I'd drive 30 minutes out of my way just to come here 5 - I'd try to convince my wife to drive an hour just to come here

He even wished my mom a happy Mother's Day before taking our order, which was a nice touch. We started with the Street Corn Nachos as an appetizer, then ordered a pulled pork sandwich and a grilled portobello mushroom sandwich, both with fries on the side (an additional $4 each). This was an excellent place to bring my mom since she's vegetarian, and the restaurant had plenty of vegetarian-friendly options. The food was excellent, especially the nachos -- the queso was amazing. The restaurant also gives you a lot of customization options, like swapping chips for fries for an extra $4 or adding protein to the nachos for an additional charge. That said, while the nachos were really good, they were still $18 without any protein, which honestly felt overpriced for chips, cheese, and vegetables. We came during lunch service, and overall the food, service, and view made for a great experience. However, it is definitely on the expensive side. Most entrees seemed to range from around $20-30. Still, if you're willing to spend a little more for quality food, generous portions, and a great atmosphere, it's definitely worth visiting.

What a terrible place to eat!…read more our group of 4 were seated upstairs, ordered drinks and food, then saw a friend downstairs. we invited him to come up and eat with us, and when he did he mentioned 4 others from our ski group (24) were on their way. So we went down to his table, a bigger table, and had a seat. The server came by and asked if we wanted to order, to which we said we already had ordered upstairs but were going to move down to dine with our friend in a larger table. We were told we couldn't do that and had to go back upstairs! I asked to talk to a manager. When the manager came out, without even asking what was going on, He told me we had to go back upstairs and could not join our group! When I questioned his remark, he looked at me and said " you can leave" So we did! We went to Audies a few blocks away..... MUCH better food, DEFINITELY better prices and in talking to a few locals, found out how BAD customer service is at DIXIE, and that NONE of the locals will eat there! Management doesn't care about customers, just get them in and get them out! 100% tourist trap, HIGH prices, TERRIBLE staff including the "MANAGER" This is definitely a place that will fail and rightfully so. When a business doesn't care about customer service and only the bottomed line $$$$$ word travels fast! Terrible experience and will NEVER go back!
