I am elated to see a CM chicken in the greater Philadelphia region! I got to try one while in DC and another in Ellicot city MD (which sadly closed) and boy, this one is the same in terms of taste and quality. The ordering is easy; self serve at the kiosk and food comes out fresh to order. There are plenty of seating and place being newer, it's very clean. The staff is friendly and quick to help if you need anything. I saw a review saying this isn't Korean fried chicken. Yes... this IS Korean fried chicken. Might not be double fried but seasoning, taste, and the chicken itself is fried well enough where it gives you the crunch on the outside and super juicy on the inside. Stopped in here with my daughter on Saturday afternoon, at the recommendation of a friend. We were warmly greeted by the gentleman working at the counter. There is a kiosk to order, but after asking if we could get the sauce on the side, he just rang us up himself. It is surprisingly spacious inside, so we opted to eat there. It was a very hot day, and the gentleman told us it's cooler toward the back; so that's where we sat. The food is made to order, so there was a little bit of a wait, but it was worth it for the hot, fresh, and tasty wings we got! The quality of the chicken itself was outstanding -- crispy on the outside, perfectly cooked on the inside, and nicely seasoned throughout. We enjoyed them with and without the sauces. The Spicy Garlic and Red Hot are both fairly spicy, but not unbearable. They don't have complimentary water, so bring your own or plan to buy a drink if you're dining in. It was pretty quiet while we were there, with a few customers just stopping in for their pickup orders. The same guy helped everyone, and remained friendly and professional. It was ok. Nothing special. The mozzarella stick was a little chewy. The fries are crunchy. Dine in its too hot inside the restaurant so we had to take out. Compared to other korean fried chicken in the area, this was a little pricey and disappointing. read more

We got 3 tenders/fries combo boxes. Fries and all the sauces were tasty (curry and spicy garlic). Tenders had good crunch but many of the pieces were really hard and chewy. Not sure if the chicken gets tough because of the time it takes to fry the crispy coating? If they were tender tenders, it would easily get 4 stars. read more

Ive been meaning to try CM chicken but due to the distance of other locations , never got around to, and I learned this place exists and I went Saturday early evening. Parking was bit limited but inside was spacious, maybe they could place more tables, and they take order in person or kiosk. We placed an order on kiosk. And waited in table. They brought the tray for us and service was very good and presentation of food and taste was amazing. We ordered snow onion wing and spicy garlic wing and gizzard. All were amazing. Myself and my friend were both satisfied I never thought onion was that refreshing and goes well with greasy fried part. It was so good. Can't wait to try some more !!! read more

Returned again but ate in this time. Plenty of seating and I like their chicken inflatable. Food was great. CM is interesting because they have flavors I haven't seen elsewhere. The tikku chicken is fried AND grilled, according to their site. Not sure why but my boyfriend thinks it adds a little extra smokey flavor. I recommend the sodduk if you're into sweet and spicy. The only "con" per say are the fries. Just a little bland, but leaves you room to season per your preference with salt and pepper. I get the sense that they're cooked very "healthy". Not oily. Which may be a plus for some but for me I just crave the extra indulgence of oil and color on my fries. Everything was delicious. Staff were friendly and service was quick. read more

This place is new to the neighborhood and we just decided to try it, as we had some friends coming over and thought it would be great snack food. It did not disappoint!! The establishment was nice and clean. It looks like it's mostly takeout, however there are tables and chairs available for dine in. The staff were friendly and explained to us about the chicken and the sauces. Everything is cooked to order so your food is fresh. The wait wasn't long, however, many people ordered ahead which we may do next time. We got home and absolutely loved the taste. I ordered 8 wings with honey garlic and 8 wings with curry. They were both delish. We will definitely be back to try other sauces. One friend said it reminded him of Popeyes chicken in a winglet firm with delish sauce baked in. Another Korean style fried chicken restaurant poped up in the area, replacing the old blue crab/seafood store. We ordered the snow onion fried chicken and the soy garlic green onion fried chicken. The sauces are on the side, for the snow onion one, but otherwise, looks exactly like the photo on their web site. When we got home 30 minutes later, the wings are still hot and crispy and they tasted great. This will be our goto Korean fried chicken place from now on. read more

Hands down the best Korean fried chicken place around the area! I was so happy they opened a location near me and it definitely did not disappoint. Chicken is super crispy and juicy, and sodduk was just like the one I had in Korea! I can't wait to try all of their sauces, but my favorite so far is the spicy garlic and lemon wasabi. The Snow Onion with thinly sliced onions and their signature white sauce was so refreshing as well. Ordering was easy using a kiosk and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I really had a taste for fried chicken during lunch at work. Searched yelp and found this new KFC place! I figured I'd try something new and ordered that snow onion chicken. I pre-ordered it to go and ate it in my car which required a bit of patience since it is so saucey. They had my order ready prior to the time they provided. So it was ready, hot and fast when I went to pick it up. The sauce and onions are packaged separately so that your magnificently fried chicken doesn't go soggy. Listen man, first of all, the combination of the white sauce and crunchy fresh white onion goes so well together! I would describe the white sauce tastes like sour cream blended with garlic and..sweet stuff. Yes, my breath was screaming for the rest of the day like spongebobs ice cream sunday but it was worth my happiness. I noticed that most people order for pick up, as I saw around 5 people come in and out by the time I received my food. It took around 20 minutes to receive a bunch of food and boy was it worth it.
