Overall, up to now, I've been satisfied with their cleaning services. Great to have everything clean at the same time even though there are some things that could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Unfortunately, after restarting my service after a break during the pandemic, there was a serious incident during my most recent cleaning that we were not able to resolve to my satisfaction. Unfortunately our cleaning schedule was rearranged because we recently had a new baby. We went a while before contacting the office to arrange a cleaning. Since then we have had multiple communication issues. One time they showed up on a day that I didn't think we were scheduled and another day they failed to show on a day we were scheduled. It's a huge ordeal for us to prepare for their arrival. We have a newborn and a dog that needs to go to daycare. I'm not sure what's going on in the office but clearly they are overwhelmed. I'm sure they won't miss us when we move on.

After a small kerfuffle with a canceled appointment due to a tech's vehicle breaking down, the owner of Neat Nix himself came to make sure the job was done the next business day. The whole crew went above and beyond what my wife or I expected as a level of service. We were so pleased with the quality of the work that they had done that we took them up on their offer to clean our air-ducts and furnace system, during a later-scheduled appointment Unfortunately because our furnace Isn't a standard size, the filters that the crew had on hand, the day of the appointment, didn't fit, so the owner purchased a range of sizes, to try to get the best fit for us. The best of the three didn't really fit very well (but MUCH better than the one the previous company had jammed inside our furnace, like a taco...) So the owner of Neat Nix came by the house unannounced, the next day, with a package of the correct filters for our furnace; we could not have been more surprised and delighted with the level of service, commitment to quality and level of professionalism Neat Nix gave to our family. My carpets, which had gotten pretty nasty, are now spotless and smell great. Beyond the actual cleaning, he and his assistant Gary are totally professional and very friendly. These are people that you will feel comfortable having in your home. Scheduling was easy and its clear that he cares about his customer's time. Not only is he punctual, but he is finished when (or before) he says that he will be. And, it goes without saying that he honors his estimates. Scheduling the carpet cleaning service was effortless and all done online with an instant quote, which helped us make an informed decision on cost. I almost replaced my old carpet but I'm glad I avoided that hefty cost and hired Seahorse Carpet Cleaning who made my old carpet look new again. Eugene and Alexis came to our house within the scheduled window and completed a walkthrough of the house. They checked for pet stains using a UV light and pretreated those areas. RECENTLY, I hired him and pointed out the green moss growing on my edge shingles & could he also take care of that. He said he could spray it. He finished the job & left. A few days later, I found white spots (about the size of a poker chip) on my cedar deck, my gutters and my hardy plank siding. It was dried & crusty. I sent him photos showing the mess (and potential damage) that he left behind. He came back with a ladder, long handled brush and a bleach solution. He scrubbed the residual dried moss killer as best that he could. He left the site. 2 days later, I noticed a weird strip of my lawn (right next to where his truck was parked, next to the curb & lawn in front of my house. I went out to investigate and the whole area smelled like bleach. He claims to have "dumped the vinegar in the gutter". My guess is, his boots were wet with the wet bleach solution and he walked through my lawn and killed the grass. His work has become sloppy and reckless & will not be considered for any work in the future.
