Concrete grows, roofs grow, things even grow on your cars when you're driving them. But I never really could find the time and I also didn't really know what I was doing. I didn't want to damage the concrete and I also wasn't sure how often I would have to do it or how much work would be involved. Eventually I started searching for a local company who could clean our embarrassingly mossy and living driveway and sidewalks. I saw a few companies but a lot of them seemed very much like hiring a neighbor to do it and I was a little concerned at the lack of insurance and bonding. I came across Northwest soft wash initially on a Facebook ad. I didn't think too much of it until it came across my feed in Yelp as well, so I went to their website to take a look. On a whim, I called and asked for a consultation and estimate. One thing I can say without any doubt is that they have the best customer service. There was actually a part of me that was worried that it was a scam because of how nice they were and how quickly they could get out to the house. After they took a look at the square meters that they would be pressure washing they sent me a quote. The quote was not the cheapest around, but it did offer a treatment that could reduce the speed of the moss growing back and you get what you pay for. So I agreed to the fee, paid a small deposit, and within less than a week they were out to pressure wash my concrete. Steven was super friendly and did an amazing job. He was out at our house for almost 4 hours really making sure that the concrete was clean and looked well. He also made a point to get the mud and Moss cleaned up afterwards so it wasn't just sprayed into the street. When I was paying for the service, I mentioned my gutters and he offered to get on the roof and look and take photos of it for me as well no charge. The customer service at this place is amazing and I highly recommend them. So far they have only pressure washed our walks and driveway, but I could definitely see utilizing them for gutter cleanings and roof cleaning in the future!

Idir and his team, including Ran, were incredibly responsive. A rep came to my house within 2 days, an estimate for repairs were sent via email in less than 48 hours, and followed up with opportunities to ask questions within a day. Once I obtained insurance authorization to start work, Ran scheduled repairs to start in less than a week, and they finished a bit more quickly than anticipated. The job was quick. More importantly, the pricing was fair and reasonable, and the work was perfection. The crew even identified a hole in heating ductwork that was unknown so that we could get it repaired. Because they did such a great job and established superior communication and tryst throughout the process, I decided to hire Freestone for my bathroom remodel. Thinking about it now it was probably not that ideal season to get this done however I didn't think about that at the time. Bridge City Soft Wash was one of the first companies that popped up on Yelp when I did a search for "roof moss removal". Google had provided what a cleaning and treating would cost so that's pretty much all I had to go for in terms of what to expect. I send a message through Yelp and provided what I wanted to get done and hoped for the best. David responded really quickly and even told me he could be out the next day to take care of the roof, which was on a Sunday too. The price he quoted was what I was expecting to pay so why delay it, I said "see you tomorrow!". David showed up and proceeded to clean and treat the roof. Took about an hour to and hour and a half. I can't really say how good the job was since 95% of the job is on the second story so it's not something I can see but I could hear him using the brush around the roof while he was here so I have no reason to doubt the quality of the job done. He even offers a 1 year warranty on his work so that just gives a little bonus on top of everything.
