I also asked them to do all the blinds that time, something that normally takes me forever, and they did it so fast, and it was so clean, it was such a relief. The next two times were regular cleans before parties, and each of those took them about 3 hours. For each clean, I pay somewhat more than what a few of my friends do, but they do such a great job so I haven't minded.

I called, texted, and sent messages through the Yelp app which all went unaddressed. Two and a half hours later, I received a message saying they were there to clean but nobody was home. You were correct....I scheduled the move-out clean for a time that I could be there to get it started and then had to go into work while they cleaned, then would return. Well, I still had to go into work. I trusted this company to complete the move-out cleaning (as scheduled) and was sent into a last minute panic as we had to be out of the house but still needed the cleaning. Thankfully, I found another company that could squeeze in the cleaning and they did an amazing job!! Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and lack of communication of this company. In fact, he stated, "I wasn't getting my messages." My thoughts: I shouldn't have had to message, you receiving messages was irrelevant when I had the cleaning scheduled (and even confirmed the evening before)!!
