I found Sam's Computer Solutions and noticed it had over 100+ 5 Star Google reviews so I gave the shop a call and described my issue. He had flexible and fast availability and I was able to schedule an appointment to drop off my PC within two hours of making the call (the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend). The gentleman who greeted me was friendly, reassuring, and professional. He clearly outlined what options I had, what the price points for each option was, if and how each option would or would not change functionality, and asked which option I'd prefer! He made sure I was comfortable with the pricing before moving forward. It sounded good so I left my PC and he assumed me it was in good hands. I got a text the following Monday morning (A holiday no less) saying my PC was ready to be picked up. The repair cost was exactly the lowest price he had quoted. I made an appointment to pick it up later that afternoon. Upon arrival he described everything he did to fix it (installation of new component, where he wound the additional length of wire if I wish to change the placement of the part, and let me know he dusted everything which I appreciate). I just got home and plugged in my PC and the hardware he installed worked perfectly! Had an accident happen that resulted in my Z Fold6 inner screen being damaged, yet still turning on…read moreand "functioning" to an extent. I set up a warranty claim through Asurion and took my phone to the shop with the front cover screen still functioning perfectly fine. Whichever tech was fixing my phone should probably not be fixing any Samsung folding phones. Following the "repair", the phone would no longer turn on...at all. The technicians said they followed all of Samsungs troubleshooting and promptly filed a full replacement. I have now lost priceless family photos, passwords, etc and all for what was supposed to be a routine screen repair. While Asurion/ubreakifix has said I should be receiving a replacement tomorrow. I find it unacceptable to not additionally compensate for data lost and the near inability to access security software needed for my job due to this colossal screw up. I understand that accidents happen, but just replacing the phone does not cut it in this case.

Computer Pros may have another side to this story, but I wouldn't know it because they do not answer the phone, respond to voicemail, or return text messages. I'm pretty sure they just ran a scam to steal $900 where they get you to send money via PayPal, fake a refund, and then try and get you to pay again via CashApp. I didn't send the CashApp and now I am fighting to get back the PayPal. - No straight answers to questions without the initial $200 to "Reserve-a-Technician" - Provided an unrealistically low initial estimate to get their foot in the door - Lied about labor to complete an installation being covered by the initial $200 - Showed up more than two hours late to the first "diagnostic" appointment - Disappeared and stopped answering messages after collecting another $900 and claiming issues with PayPal
