    I had to go through D3-A-OK for a warrantee repair on a Whirlpool refrigerator. I made the…read moreappointment. Then was notified that a part would have to be sent to my home and that the that they had changed the date of repair. They had not asked if the new repair date would work for me. They just told me. It wasn't going to be an easy appointment for me, so I had to reach out to them to discuss it. The part was delivered by FedEx and left in my garage randomly, where I would not have even known until I called D3 again and they sent a photo. That's on FedEx. The service man came and put the gasket/seal (?) in my dryer to soften and then had to do that again. After he pulled out the original torn gasket he tried to place the new one on. It was for the narrower left side door and not the right side door. He at least did put the torn one back on, but come on. That is not a repair. He left. No-one called to follow up on the incomplete job. I called today and D3-A-OK told me the case was closed. So I guess Whirlpool will be paying them for an uncompleted job. Hmm. They told me to set up another appointment. *My hands are up in the air! WTH. What horrible customer service. I would never use them on my own if I was paying out of pocket. I have a GREAT appliance guy, but he is not on the "Whirlpool certified list". Maybe Whirlpool doesn't care about who services their warantied appliances. Shame on Whirlpool and shame on D3-A-OK appliance repair! BTW, you cannot even get through to a Whirlpool agent if there is an issue.
