Go somewhere else! We made the trip to Kent, test drove a vehicle and thought the young salesman was straight up with us. We wanted to have our own mechanic check it out and we agreed on a price and that we would come get it the following day to have it pre-purchase inspected. We reviewed the Car Fax, negotiated a price that the young man cleared with the owner, and drove home figuring out how to juggle the deal, inspection, and our work schedules etc. We left at 6.30p At 7.30p I got a text saying the owner had "another party interested in the car we could not take it off the lots for an inspection." huh? Two plus hours after we had agreed on a price they texted my sister, who we were representing, saying it was still available was she still interested? Pure sleaze. We were up front and straight-forward and hoped they would be too but they are bottom feeders. We had three plus hours invested in this and will not deal with people with such low business practices. In life all you have is your good word, this place is toxic stay away! We have bought and sold many cars through the years. I should have been suspicious when it was listed on Craig's List as "for sale by owner" not listed in the dealer category. This place sold my daughter in law a none safe car the car broke doen in three days in the middle of road my daughter in law is deaf and could have been hit by a car. We Tried getting ahold of the business and guy who solf her the car he had a fake phone with text app only and ignored text. Talked to John about a car here.. he listed warranty and raved about how great this car is. We test drove it and it ran great, so we purchased it with straight cas after making a deal with John. After driving it home and around a little the same day it starts making weird noises and engine light comes on. I contact John and he said because we came to an agreement on a price and didnt pay full price it voided the warranty and had the nerve to tell us when we find out what's wrong with it to LET HIM KNOW WHAT IT IS! I've been looking for a car for a few weeks now and ran into a few I liked at this location. A friend also referred this dealer saying it was a great place to buy a car. Boy were they wrong. They looked really good online and was ready to make the hour drive to Kent. Before going, I wanted to look over the history of the cars I was interested in. After running the carfax of both vehicles, they all stated "TOTAL LOSS VEHICLE" and was purchased at a salvage auction before reselling at his location. In all his ads he states that there are no accidents, and it has a clean title. A 6 month warranty to, you're not fooling me. I'm not sure what kind of business this person is running, but you're not taking my hard earned money. I hope other people realize what you're doing, and you get shut down permanently! I wont blame CMC auto guy who sold me Salvage/Rebuilt car and also provided my wrong details. Its my fault that I did not go through his review/comments that people already provided. I was shocked when I see the same issue from other people those went through same problem. So i would suggest people go through all the reviews and do your research about the car before you buy. When I approach the CMS auto guy through Offer Up app, he shared the Carfax(image file not PDF) with me which was old one and it was mentioned in the report that car is not having any problem Rebuilt/Salvage. That carfax was old. So that my mistake that I didn't put some money to get the carfax on my own to check the car history. He is doing his business the way other people already explained in other reviews like not sharing the right information and selling the Salvage branded titled car, but its buyer responsibility to check everything before buying instead of TRUST. I am not completely blaming the CMS Auto as I didn't do my research and trusted on the information he provided It was terrible experience I went through when auto insurance guy said they cant provide insurance to my car due to car was under total loss/salvage. Then I tried to reach the CMS auto guy through phone call (tried 10-15 times in a day), but he didn't respond the call for 1 month. Then I stopped calling as I understood its never get anwsered and I went to CMS auto shop itself and it was closed. Then somehow I got his Offer Up listing and messaged him on the Offer up and then he replied on that message. It was already 40 days that i didn't received the registration paper and plate, so I requested to him to atleast give me that. Thankfully he accepted that requested and replied on my message over Offer Up. I was already got into trouble and somehow I convince myself that it was a learning. Somehow I have got my registration paper and plate but this was worst experience in my life. Then I also tried to sell this car, and getting same offer that I paid, and those people are also same as me, not having any expirience/knowledge on buying second hand car or first time buying car. If I would have sold it to that guy then I also fell into same category, then I decided to use this car for my own. Feedback to CMS group : Please dont provide wrong/incorrect inform to buyer. John has outstanding customer service skills, promptly returns phone calls and texts, and when I arrived, dropped what he was doing to help me find what I needed. Unfortunately I mis-calculated the size tires I needed and had to return them to which he happily refunded what I paid and pointed me in the right direction of some other places that might have what I need. I am an insurance agent, my client purchased a car, 8/7/2020 from John Noori, when we went to insure it the car fax and insurance carrier sites showed the car had been stolen and declared a total loss. This made the car ineligible for comprehensive and collision coverage. The client had paid more than top dollar value based on KBB and carfax. When they tried to return to renegotiate the deal the salesman was very rude and continued to deny that the car had a salvage title. My clients are new to USA and we are all saddened by the dishonesty. I left a message for John the salesman to give him an opportunity to prevent this rating and he did not call back. read more

I had a witness with me that heard all the lies nothing that was told about repairs on car were done They produced no receipts that were supposedly where in file. The integrity of this dealership needs to be acknowledged. I bought a car from this dealer when i started the car to drive it off of the lot Saturday it started kind of rough like it was misfiring. The owner of the lot John said if that issue persists just let him know. Now i paid cash for this car with no warranty. Monday when i came out of my house the car was leaking fuel on to my driveway. I went back to the lot on monday and showed john the issue, because this was a fuel leak he was not comfortable fixing it. I went to a mechanic that i knew and they said it would be a dealer only part and that it would probably cost 800$. I called John to let him know the diagnosis and he called me back within an hour and told me where to take the car and that it shouldn't cost more than 150$. Now when they took a look at the car they said both fuel lines needed to be replaced and the cost would be 700.00. I was disappointed by this news because i just put all my cash in to this commuter car and couldn't really afford to have that kind of repair bill right away. When i talked to john about the issues he completely understood and i could tell that he isn't a slimey used car sales man but that he cared about his business and about his customers. My total cost on this 700.00 repair was 140.00 which is completely fair because i bought this car as is no warranty for a great price. I know for a fact that at any other used car lot or dealership i would have been shit out of luck and stuck for 700.00, but because of johns integrity and a high regard for his customer he stood behind his deal and took care of me. I really appreciate the customer service that the owner of this business has. I will be referring all my business here because i know whom ever i send will be taken care of. This company lies and uses bait and switch methods. They will claim you have a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty that will cover repairs at no cost to you. They verbally push this warranty every chance they get, but that's not the truth. The warranty only covers $500 of repairs. I bought a 2004 Jetta for $3500 and the transmission went out. Bought a car for my son here. Owner John listed off quite a few things he had "his guys" replace, one of which was a new battery. Seemed like a good car for the price. I had to come back to pick up the car a few hours later and it wouldn't start. I called John who said he could be there in 45 minutes or I could jump start it and if the battery didn't hold up after getting it home, he would make it right. I got it home and it wouldn't start back up. The battery was shot. I called him and left a voicemail. Never heard back. I had a very poor experience with this dealership. I purchased a used vehicle that appeared to be in good condition. Jon assured me that it was mechanically sound and that they checked out all their vehicles. Unfortunately I trusted him, and opted to not have an outside inspection done for the vehicle. A few weeks later, when I took the car in for routine maintenance, they found a hole eroded through the frame, making it unsafe to drive and basically worthless.
