I recently ordered 170 gallons of oil, and their online portal quoted me $471.24 (which works out to about $2.77 per gallon). That seemed unusually low compared to the local average of $2.99-$3.09, but since their system confirmed it, I placed the order. When they delivered, they were only able to fill 134.8 gallons, but instead of honoring the quoted rate, they charged me $3.09 per gallon -- over $424. This was a huge discrepancy compared to what I should have paid based on their own quote (about $373). When I questioned it, I was repeatedly told the system was wrong and was essentially dismissed. Even a manager implied I was "confused," rather than acknowledging that their online pricing system gave inaccurate information. Mistakes and glitches can happen, but the way a company handles them matters. A respectful resolution -- even honoring the day's posted price of $2.99 -- would have gone a long way. Instead, I was told my confirmation screenshot "meant nothing" and that they would not stand behind their online system. Because of this, I can't recommend ordering from them. Their online pricing is not reliable, and their customer service is unwilling to work with customers when issues arise.

After being on hold for another hour I was connected to a rep and again transferred to another agent, this time in Canada. I don't live in Canada. She asked me to hold and she will connect me with someone in the USA and guess what....disconnected. I've never in my life had so much trouble trying to give a company money for service.
