I was sold a White Tree Frog for $65, but after checking multiple stores and websites, I found that they typically don't exceed $45. This frog isn't rare and is widely available. In fact, places like Petco and Petsmart sell them for around $34. Because of this, I feel the pricing here is significantly inflated. read more

This shop is really great! The first thing I noticed was the open space, as well as the clean smell - two things not often found at a reptile shop! I love how the shop lists the breeders name above the reptiles they provided so you know where they came from. I stopped in to this shop as it was close to my home and purchased 5 dozen Dubias and 5 dozen super worms. I've had bearded dragons for years and have purchased lots of feeders from another shop with no issues, however all of my super worms died in less than a week. When I called to talk to the shop, the gentleman assumed I did not feed them or kept insisting it was on me. I explained that I have had lots of experience with these and never had an issue. He kept arguing that it was my fault not theirs. I will continue to drive further to my usual shop. I wouldn't recommend this place. If they were that intense over feeders, I can't imagine how they would treat a customer with an issue with their pet. read more

I purchased a snake for 170$ and the snake was put inside of a bag but wasn't tied tightly enough by the employee. The snake got out of the bag and died under my seat 20 minutes after leaving the store. I came back with the snake and was told that I could receive a 15% discount on my next purchase of a snake and that they would not refund me. I get that the store has policies but my snake fucking DIED 20 mins after getting it! I walked back in to get the email of the store and walked into the guys/owner on the phone shit talking me. So I definitely would NOT recommend this place. The animals don't seem like they're treated well anyway. The guys were very not cool and wouldn't even look me in the eye when I came back with the snake and ignored us for awhile. One of the guys was blowing nic clouds while we were in there and was GLUED to his phone. The customer service aspect was horrible 1000% not my fault. Your guys probed the snake and threw it in my hands. And handed me the bag, if they were good at their job they could mention that I need to tie it a little tighter. Also every creature in your store looks depressed. No real habitats. Horrible business and I'm thoroughly disappointed with the entire experience. Bad place please don't go ALSO "my negligence caused it" ?! Bruh this is my first snake and I DONT KNOW HOW TIGHT THE BAG IS SUPPOSED TO BE. WTF?! and also shouldn't they ask if you need a different carrier? What if someone takes a bus to get a snake? Or bikes? Or even walks? I'm sorry but I had no idea that a 20 min drive with no AC could kill a snake?! It's my first snake how tf would I know? Easily the best reptile shop in town, I'd confidentially go as far as saying in the state and I have been to almost every store in state and some in California as well. CNB is the cleanliness store in town and I can tell all their animals are well taken care of. It's pretty irritating seeing stores keep animals they're obviously unfamiliar with care for but that's not the issue with CNB. It's a good family owned small business to support and they always have a good selection of high end crested geckos and gargoyles which is also hard to find in town! They're priced fair for what I've seen on geckos and products! They also bring in a lot of edgy snakes that other stores do not supply and I like that a lot too! Give CNB Reptile a try next time you're looking for any of the above, they also supply feeders and arachnids if you're into that. read more

Oh how I wish I could give them zero stars. We went because they had a variety of exotics not at our normal store. We saw a hognose and a boa that we immediately loved, and so we purchased them. Both were babies and it took us months to get them to eat regularly, and even now they are still picky eaters. We called them about this and said that they keep animals on the floor that haven't eaten in months because it is normal??? I own twelve other snakes. If that many of your snakes are not eating regularly something is wrong. Not to mention when purchased they told us they were both on frozen thawed, only thing they will eat is live so obviously that was a big fat lie. On top of that about a week after we purchased our snakes they call to notify us that they just noticed an outbreak of mites and about 150 of their snakes have mites. I have twelve other snakes so obviously this was very frustrating for me, even though I quarantined my new animals properly, which CnB obviously did not do if 150 of their snakes got mites "all of a sudden." They are only interested in making money and do not care about the well being of animals. I should have known when they kept trying to sell us animals from the back, which is supposed to be where they keep their new quarantined animals. They used snake hooks for tiny baby boas, and used it to hold their head down, so on top of everything else they were not handling correctly and were obviously afraid of their animals. He handled all of his animals way to aggressively and used excessive force with the snake hook, and was using the snake hook improperly, not to mention there is no reason to use a snake hook for a columbian boa. Never Again, sticking to my usual amazing store AE herps and exotics. read more

I will never be back. I don't like the condescending attitude of the employees in this shop. While I was in the store a lady tripped over a pallet and fell And injured herself. The pallet was left out by employees and she fell over it. The employees then proceeded to throw a fit instead of helping the woman. She was angry and upset yes but I feel that is justified on her part, not on their part. Horribly unprofessional and flies everywhere inside the store. Just the worst, honestly. Since their opening, I have stopped by a few times and gotten some small things. I wanted to see how they did things first before ever buying a reptile from them. I have to say, I am beyond impressed. I got one of their amazing frilled dragons by the end of my visit! Not only do they work consistently with their animals, but they keep it clean and looking great! Not only that, but they are just so welcoming. I recently stopped by again to see what reptiles they had. My daughter began taking pictures of every single one in the store as she began becoming fixated on them and getting super excited (she is autistic). Not ONCE did they become bothered or give any bad looks. When apologizing, the owner was not even concerned by it and was so sweet and said she can take all the pictures she'd like. The staff here are knowledgeable and helpful. I fell in love with a lavender super dwarf reticulated python from Reach Out Reptiles online, and was so pleased to find that I could purchase this snake from CnB just a few miles from my house! This will be my first time owning a snake (although I've always wanted one) but no one there made me feel dumb for not knowing everything about snakes. The facility was very clean and well lit (I normally wouldn't mention this about a business, but I went to another local reptile shop the same day and it was dirty, poorly lit, and smelled of urine). I was able to interact with my snake for a long period of time while I was there, so I could be sure that he had the temperament I was looking for. I had been extensively researching these snakes on the internet, but wasn't sure if I would have to settle for a ball python to get the chill personality I wanted in a snake. All the research in the world can't replace holding the animal in your hands! I'm waiting for my enclosure to arrive, but I just can't wait to bring my baby home! I highly recommend CnB!
