Troy patiently met with us at least 3 times prior to us signing a contract, and then kept in touch with us daily as the project progressed. He estimated the project would take a week, and let us know in advance the order the work would take place; the order and time estimates were right on. Despite periods of rain they were able to complete the job within a week. We had discussed potential 'surprises' prior to the project start, and unfortunately ran into a few (damaged wood behind original wood siding). He explained what the additional cost would be and we found it to be reasonable. Quality of the finished project, and of the onsite teams that performed the work, was excellent! We set an appointment for him to give us a price and a sample 'board' so we could pick a color and texture/design. He was extremely professional and the project very competitively priced so we set a date for the job to be performed which included removal of the existing roof and inspection of the underlay to ensure no leaks. His installation crew arrived promptly on the established date and quickly prepared our property so as to protect plants, flowers, bushes, lawn, with plastic sheeting. The preparation and installation team was courteous and professional as expected.
