He was on time and provided a quote based off of our final selection. Two guest bedrooms and the master were to be converted from carpet to laminate wood flooring at our house in Princeton, TX. Did not respond to request for confirmation until an hour before the job and said he texted the wrong number asking for the address. I sent him a screenshot of our previous conversation where I gave him that info. He then said they were on another job but would be there as soon as they were done. Late in the day, I get another text saying they couldn't make it. (Mind you, I am onsite waiting) He apologized and then agreed to a new date and time in a few days. I made arrangements to be onsite and then I get a late night text right before the job, that he wasn't going to make it and that I should hire another contractor. I believe we should all take Steve up on his own recommendation and hire another contractor. It seems Handy Premium Handyman Services has trouble with communication, reliability and professionalism. They do get at least 1 star since they are good at apologizing. Avoid this contractor.

Our AC drip line, which ties into the sink in our upstairs bathroom, had backed up and caused the sink to clog and overflow.
