I highly recommend making an appointment -it will make things go much smoother and more efficient. I took my car into Mastrovito's for a recall a couple of weeks ago. They called me and told me that…read moremy car was unsafe to drive due to my rear brakes and rotors being completely shot. They wanted to charge me $1000 to fix them. When I told them that was too much money for rear brakes, they called me back and dropped the the price to $763. Still too much so I told them no and I would have my Uncle look at them. My car is currently in Poland at a family business and they just called to tell my rear brakes and rotors are completely fine nothing wrong with them!! I am beyond disappointed in Mastrovito! They were looking to make money off me. I can't imagine what they do to older customers and women. How many times have they tried to rip someone off. They are wonderful by giving back to the community, just don't trust them when you take your car in for a recall. Btw the cost to replace both would have been $300 if needed. Big difference!!! They should be ashamed of themselves!
