However, I did check with one other chimney service company and their hourly rate was within a few dollars so I expect this is the going rate for this type of skilled professional labor. Multiple complaints and some general whining about the long wait, zero calls to update me. No apology. It's back home and appears to be running and the filter does look new. Other than that, I can't say. I just hope it doesn't need servicing again, because as far as I can tell, this is the ONLY place in the area that repairs vacuum cleaners.
