Visited today for lunch. The restaurant is gorgeous inside. The booths are fancy and so is the decor. Alayna was our server and she was fantastic. We felt welcomed and appreciated during our dining experience. She answered questions about the menu and made suggestions for different sushi rolls. I am pretty picky about pad thai and I thought theirs was great! Nice sized kids portion too.

I love the outdoor seating. The food is made to order and very fresh! The portion sizes are good and filling. Usually when I have sushi I'm hungry in about 2-3 hours. Not here. I can have an early dinner and feel full throughout the entire night. They have great wine options too. The customer service is nice and very helpful. I never knew this place was here. I've come here twice this week! I don't typically visit Waverly shopping Center but I'm glad it was introduced to me from Yelp. It has quickly become a favorite.

Co was a great experience! The indoor, outdoor seating, and the space was beautiful! I got the Thai salmon roll and sesame ginger Brussels. Sushi was amazing I love that it was customizable and I was able to get it without the carrot. I love every element of their roll the shrimp and veggies inside and the salmon crumbles on top. It brought a different taste with salmon crumbles vs a piece of salmon on top. All the flavors went so well together! The Brussels were amazing! I usually don't go for ginger flavor things cause taste can be overwhelming but these were perfect! Definitely more sesame and hint of ginger! The smoke fish pieces on top definitely brought a different element of flavor and wasn't bad but I didn't really care for it! They were perfect by themselves! Overall safe was nice and attentive and I'll definitely be back! However parking over there is a bit of a hassle, you definitely may have to circle around a few times. The area over there was so nice so many places to sit and hang out!

A very chill and laidback atmosphere with great food. The waygu sushi roll was very good. Sunday mimosas for 3 dollars was a pleasant surprise. Will definitely be back and a must try!

A friend treated me for my birthday. Never been here but glad I came. There's a free parking garage close. Asian fusion food. Delicious. Wonderful service. I'll be back.

Got an order of Bulgogi Tacos to go. Taste was okay but in no way made up for the laughably small portion. 2 little tacos for $14 - plus they added an 8% takeout fee. The atmosphere seems fine in the restaurant but just cannot justify the price for the amount of food you get. Service speed was reasonable for a takeout order.

    The Emperor Roll. Delicious

Recommend the sushi here & the bar has some good cocktails! The employees are really nice and it has an inviting atmosphere

UPDATE: was back in town, (im from Wilmington) and came with my boyfriend to get some Togo pho. I was raving about this place to him and was super excited to show him how good CO's pho is, but was left nothing but utterly disappointed. We ordered to go spicy beef pho and regular beef pho. The portions were insanely small. We had maybe 5 bites of noodles and my bowl was done, mind you the rice noodles were severely undercooked as well. Also for some reason they mix the siracha and hoisin together in one ramakin?? Makes no sense to me, some people like one OR the other. ALL ontop of this my bowl of pho was $19 and his was $17. Unfortunately something happened between now and the last time I was here and I will not be returning. Overall, Very disappointed in my visit.

The broth of the soup showing just how much chili oil and flakes there are! This is after I removed all my noodles!

WARNING for potential customers:…read more So, me and my aunt came across this restaurant online seeing that they accommodate for gluten allergy with rice noodles in their pho. We drove to the restaurant and they were closed from 4pm-5pm (we arrived right at 5pm) I'm assuming this was a break for employees seeing as their hours are 10am-9pm. We we parked directly in front of the door watching employees come in for work. One of them had taken the "closed" sign off the door showing that they were now opening. This man in the photo proceeded to light a cigarette inside the restaurant closing and opening the front door to blow the smoke outside. We immediately left, because why would we want to eat or even walk into this place while this man was smoking inside the restaurant. Who would want to step inside this restaurant knowing that someone is smoking a cigarette inside this restaurant. The other employees in the dining room were watching this man smoke without a care. Imagine walking inside and immediately smelling cigarettes. If this man is allowed to smoke a cigarette inside their establishment, what else could they be doing inside that is not within restaurant cleanliness. Do what you'd like with this information but I thought it would be important to share this with others who are wanting to try this place.

Crispy, well seasoned. The beef stir fry not so much. Although it was flavorful, the beef was super tough. It was sliced thin and was a weird gray color. They should have used a different cut. I switched it out for grilled chicken and rice. Much better. The Thai tea was yummy - not yoo sweet - but the boba weren't cooked / they were hard in the middle. I probably wouldn't return.

This place is a hidden gem! I ordered through Toast and had the Shrimp Banh Mi and Summer Rolls…read more The bread is delicious and the shrimp is has beautiful grill marks. It also had jalapeños, carrots, cilantro, and light (a sweet) mayo. I think a thinly slice of apple could help to round out the flavors but just a suggestion. The Summer Rolls include noodles but I ordered it the next day with shrimp (extra charge) and also no noodles. We came back the next day to order it again! The staff was very attentive and as soon as we walked in, they helped us. It was super busy on holidays but there's plenty of seating and it's a cute place. Parking is a bit tight but there's also street parking.

The restaurant was suspiciously empty for a Saturday afternoon, besides us there was another family dining in. But, I did notice they were pushing out a ton of to go orders, so that's a good sign. Our servers were so polite, and offered insight on some of the popular items on the menu. We had the chicken pot stickers and they were good. I ordered the Pho Dac Biet, which was absolutely delicious! The broth was prefect, you usually have to doctor pho up to get it to taste right, but that was not needed with this pho. I have to say this is the best pho I've had to date!!! The broth was simple yet flavorful, the vegetables were fresh, and the meat was tender. Everything was delightful. Service was great, the food was fresh and delicious. We agreed that we would definitely come back. What a great hidden gem.

Dinner at Saigon Palace with friends is always a good idea…read more This was one of those nights where the table just kept filling up with dishes and everyone shared everything family-style. Summer rolls, quail, noodle dishes, pho, and of course the beef and broccoli that I am constantly telling people to order. Once again, it delivered. Tender beef, great flavor, huge portion, and everybody at the table immediately understood why I keep talking about it. This is the kind of restaurant that works best when you order a bunch of dishes and let everyone try a little of everything tapas-style. The portions are generous and very shareable. The staff here is also genuinely helpful. They made recommendations for our table, checked in often, and kept everything moving smoothly even with a larger group. Another underrated bonus is the parking. They have their own lot, which in Charlotte honestly deserves appreciation all by itself. Easy access too, especially if you are coming from the freeway or busy parts of town. If you love Vietnamese food, this place is absolutely worth adding to your regular rotation. Great pho, great noodle dishes, friendly service, and consistently delicious food. Life is too short to not eat well. Get out there and eat your way through Charlotte.

The service was very attentive and all the staff was super friendly. Highly recommend.
