We have had galbi at other places with much better portions for less. The japchae was also difficult to eat. The noodles were excessively long, around 2 feet, making it hard to grab and portion onto plates. Typically, japchae noodles are cut to a manageable length. The banchan portions were very small, only enough for about two people. When we asked for more, we were told it would be an additional charge, which was disappointing. Service also impacted our experience. The waitress hovered over our table and repeatedly asked to take plates away while we were STILL eating, which made the meal feel rushed and uncomfortable. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 young kids, ages 4 and 2, and the kids barely ate anything, yet we were still automatically charged a 20% gratuity.
