Came on a beautifully calm day avoiding all sun! Yet, CO brought the heat. Ordered the Sunset Crab Roll, Soju Sunshine, and Crab Rangoon. By default I'M NOT A SUSHI GIRL but I wanted to indulge. They make it easy to spot the cooked rolls with a *, that was really nice. I love Crab and settled on the Sunset! It was massive. 8 large peices packed to the wrapper. The rice was moist and oh so flavorful. The crab played well with the cream cheese. The rangoons are on the smaller size. Definitely one bite but they too pack a punch. Was disappointed there was only 4. My Soju was a nice call and swift satiated sensation to round out the meal. It wasn't strong though; more delicate and sweet. ENTER THE DRAGON ROLL!! Seriously, the Dragon roll was so f'n good, the line cook could've punched me in the face and I'd still give them a 5 star rating. I love the outdoor seating. The food is made to order and very fresh! The portion sizes are good and filling. Usually when I have sushi I'm hungry in about 2-3 hours. Not here. I can have an early dinner and feel full throughout the entire night. They have great wine options too. The customer service is nice and very helpful. I never knew this place was here. I was happy to pull up and find easy parking in front of Whole Foods and then as you walk towards the restaurant, there's also street parking. I ordered the fire cracker sushi roll, and it was delicious, not too spicy, but definitely a lot of protein with the shrimp tempura and tuna on top. My Boys ordered the chicken tender and rice kids meal and they thoroughly enjoyed their food also. They also like the sushi and said they wanted to come back to get an entire role for themselves. We Will definitely return to this spot this summer and try other sushi rolls and I saw that someone had dumplings that looked delicious. read more

Update This has been my go to place for a long time. It's changed. The food was consistently good until it wasn't. This place is expensive and that is not my problem! I don't mind spending the money if I get great food. The last time I came here the spicy tuna roll had an added filler and it literally changed the texture of the roll. The fish on top my New Jersey roll was visually browned and rotted. When I pointed it out to the waitress, even she agreed. The manger was nice and did the right thing. But I'll be taking a break from this place for a while. What ever changes you made and you made changes because even the presentation of the rolls I was served were sloppy and off, you need to figure it out. read more

Co was a great experience! The indoor, outdoor seating, and the space was beautiful! I got the Thai salmon roll and sesame ginger Brussels. Sushi was amazing I love that it was customizable and I was able to get it without the carrot. I love every element of their roll the shrimp and veggies inside and the salmon crumbles on top. It brought a different taste with salmon crumbles vs a piece of salmon on top. All the flavors went so well together! The Brussels were amazing! I usually don't go for ginger flavor things cause taste can be overwhelming but these were perfect! Definitely more sesame and hint of ginger! The smoke fish pieces on top definitely brought a different element of flavor and wasn't bad but I didn't really care for it! They were perfect by themselves! Overall safe was nice and attentive and I'll definitely be back! However parking over there is a bit of a hassle, you definitely may have to circle around a few times. CO has something for everybody, AND they have great specials including happy hour, HALF OFF SUSHI!!!! and half off cocktails. I came in tonight with a few coworkers after work and was nervous because I have a gluten intolerance and not many places have options for me. Our server, Savannah (name twin!), brought over a gluten free menu and walked me through which menu items I could have. My com chein was delicious and Savannah went out of her way to find me a nice crab rangoon sauce that was gluten free to pair it with. I was raving about this place to him and was super excited to show him how good CO's pho is, but was left nothing but utterly disappointed. We ordered to go spicy beef pho and regular beef pho. The portions were insanely small. We had maybe 5 bites of noodles and my bowl was done, mind you the rice noodles were severely undercooked as well. Also for some reason they mix the siracha and hoisin together in one ramakin?? Makes no sense to me, some people like one OR the other. ALL ontop of this my bowl of pho was $19 and his was $17. Come here often for the spicy Pho. It's typically consistent, delicious and our favorite menu item. Tonight however, we spent $100 to get an appetizer and our pho to go and the chef was more than a little heavy handed on the chili oil and chili peppers, rendering our meal completely inedible. The surface of our soup was 1/4 inch of chili oil. My husband, who has a high tolerance for spice, was sweating on the first bite and not only threw in the towel after just four bites he threw the meal in the trash. I attempted to salvage mine by removing all the ingredients from the broth. I survived about 9 bites before having to give up. Note that we did NOT add the sriracha or jalapeños which we normally do. So either be really careful if you order this OR skip the spicy and go for the regular with oil in the side! If you don't you might as well toss your $$ out the window! read more
