My girlfriend's car got hit while we were grocery shopping and someone recommended that we check this place out for repairs. It was conveniently located near the 10 Freeway and close by to where I live in Koreatown so I thought why not? We drove in and we were greeted by the staff here--they took a look at our car and we started talking timelines and prices. Prices are very reasonable. I scouted around for quotes here and there and I feel like this place was the most transparent about all the costs. They gave us a quote and told us the car would be ready in about two weeks. Typically I take timelines from auto shops with a grain of salt--usually these types of places will go over the time specified and I would have to make arrangements to keep my car there longer. However, this wasn't the case with Coach. I was given a call in the morning stating the car was available for pick up and we went and retrieved our vehicle without a hiccup. Definitely think this is going to be my go to auto shop moving forward. Overall, a body shop that makes something that is usually a headache into a simple and transparent process. Let me start by saying this, there are so many words I could use to describe the service provided by the team at Coach, words like superb, excellent, great, astonishing, extraordinary, incredible, spectacular and amazing, but all these words do not do justice once you see the work done. I was dumbfounded when I saw my 20 yr old truck after the work had been completed. Every single person that I dealt with during the process was AMAZING. Everyone was so professional, so accommodating, so helpful. After my tragedy, the tow truck driver that picked me up said "I know a guy" and he gave me Andrew's number, and not just the office number, but his personal cell phone number. I spoke with Andrew and he told me that when I was ready to get started, they would be too, and indeed they were. When I finally got around to dropping off the truck (2 1/2 months later), Andrew put me in touch with Bryan and he was in constant communication with me. We talked about the cost and he even gave me a few options to make it easier on me. What that means is...he allowed me to get involved. Let me tell you, this guy is top notch. I challenge anyone to find service anywhere like the one these guys provided, let alone better than them. The quality of service that the team at Coach provides is reminiscent of when deals were sealed with a hand shake, A1. Through the whole process, Bryan was beyond professional and patient with my involvement. Always taking the time to listen to my suggestions, and giving the best advice. Always being patient and understanding when delivery times were extended. Coach is not coach at all, but first class! Andrew is one of the most knowledgeable and detail oriented body shop man I have ever met. His work is by far superior to all the bodyshops I have been to in my entire life. No joke! I did a cash job on my Porsche 911 for a quarter panel and bumper and it literally came out perfect! So I took my E36 M3 for a paint job same color and it came out like factory! Best part was it cost me 7k which is unheard of. He even did the engine bay and jams. I'm telling you this shop is a diamond in the rough because all the other shops will just sell you a dream and the end job is a freaking nightmare. This is such an overdue review, but Andrew and his whole crew were so amazing. My car looks dirty now in this photo but it used to have scratches and indents everywhere and when I got it back they made it look brand new. They even cleaned the inside of my car which was so amazing of them. They treated me and my mom extremely well whenever we went and made us feel comfortable. If anything were to happen to my car again this is the place i'd come back to because they really gained my trust. Andrew and Bryan were the two main people assisting us during the entire process and they couldn't have done any better with making me feel like they were going to take care of me and my car.
