I live in Beaverton and this was a half hour drive away compared to the other locations around me, but so worth it. I busted the side of my 2020 Elantra on a curb really badly. The photo doesn't really do the dent justice, it was so deep and started to rust pretty quickly. Initially I was told the repair would be a couple of weeks maybe, because the car was newer and it might be hard to get the part. In the end, it only took a few days! It looks amazing, and they even fixed up some scuffing I had on the front of the car. Everyone here was super nice! Jordan did the walk around my car with me, and was also the same person that reached out to me with timely updates and was there to bring my car out to me! I also rented a car with Enterprise and the car was ready for me when I got there to drop my car off and someone from Enterprise was there to pick up the rental when my repair was done! I really appreciated their coordination and the care they took to ensure my needs were met! So awesome! I hope I don't have to come back soon, but I definitely recommend them!

After a couple of days I was going to move the car He said if I gave him a chance to do the estimate after insurance that if I didn't like it I could move my car and there would be no storage charge. The insurance go was pressuring me to move to a network shop & after 14 days of no action I made arrangement to move it. He then held my car hostage for $3500 storage fee and $450 tow fee for a 2 mile tow that the co he recommended charged and he paid. He said insurance would pay it didn't I had to pay part so for my car to sit out in the blistering sun (caused my car magnets to meld into the car) and other things in the car to melt it was so hot, he did nothing and earned $3500, plus a hundred over what the tow company told me the bill was. That cost me over $1000 for nothing that I had to pay for the privalege of my car sitting in the sun there, insurance paid the rest. We took the car out and had Baha Autobody come look at it at the insurance lot and gave me an estimate for the insurance within 12 hrs. Baha drove all the way from Wilsonville to the airport with no charge to do an estimate. Better off going else where to someone more trustworthy like Baha Autobody!

Demand to go to another shop even if it's a hassle to do so. I have used Leif's in years gone by and they run circles around this shop.

I could use all kinds of adjectives as part of a rant but here are the simple facts of what they did (and didn't) do and you can decide for yourself. Monday a.m. - dropped car off per their phone call for a roof repair and new windshield, even though they didn't yet have the windshield. I gave them my contact information and they said they would text me updates. Wednesday p.m. - not a word from them. Called to find out I wasn't getting updates because the front office person had failed to do the final "click" to get my info into their system. Windshield still not in. Thursday - Without having updated me, and with no windshield in sight, I learned that they had taken the headliner and interior trim off anyway, making the car underivable even if I had wanted to take it home at that point. Thursday p.m. I then get a call from my insurance company adjustor who tells me they took a closer look at the roof and decided it was not a repair job but a replacement and that the repair cost is now more than the car's market value. (The shop had earlier told me - twice - that they believed they could fix it.) Friday - Now needing to get the car off their lot, both the insurance adjustor and I call them and they promise to have it put together first thing Monday a.m. so I can take it home. (Roof damage aside, it is in good shape.) Monday a.m. - I arrive first thing and am told the car is not ready and won't be til 11 because their detail guy still needs to remove the writing all over the windows and "won't have time" to do that til 11. After waiting a bit (this is our only car and the shop is several miles from our house), I finally insist they just bring the car upfront, give me a cloth and I will wipe it off myself. This shames them into cleaning it off themselves - however, when they bring it up front, I see that the only thing they have done is put the headliner back in. Instead of putting the rest of it back together, they have shoved all the interior trim parts into a big box (so big that it blocks the rear view mirror), along with all of our personal belongings. They tell me that "it's pretty easy" to put the trim pieces back in myself! Monday p.m. - I go to empty the big box and find that the jug of oil they had shoved into it had leaked all over the interior of the box. I also realize that they had not even put the sun visors back on nor the trim that covers the seat belts, neither of which is "easy" to do, at least for someone like me. Through it all, never even a single word of apology. How's that for customer service?
