I was a little nervous going to this location because of the negative reviews here on Yelp, but it was the closest to me, so I had no choice. I'm happy I didn't let that deter me away because as soon as my boyfriend and I walked in, we were greeted with two of the nicest associates. They allowed us to look around and take our time choosing through the store's selections. Once we had our picks, Jaime (the associate who helped us) was patient enough to allow me to inspect our bags before purchasing and gave us a thorough explanation of the benefits and warranty they offer. As for Coach itself, beautiful, highly quality leather goods for a reasonable price compared to other luxury brands. Not to mention what your purchase comes with, including free engraving right there on the spot, which meant a lot to my boyfriend and me as we were purchasing gifts for each other for our anniversary. 10/10 experience! read more

I'm so done with Coach. Here is what I went through yesterday, to get a gift box. I purchased a lot of Coach bags over the years (not bragging ... just a fact). The earliest one were in 1990s; the latest were the past few years. Some for myself and some were/are as gifts. I'm conscious of greener planet, would not ask unless I really needed it. Some bags although are meant as gifts, I usually don't ask for box - what if I ended up keep it/them? Thinking, that I can always go to a store, ask for one WHEN I need it. It should be pain less and in and out in a minute. Right? I was SO WRONG.  Walked into this store, a young woman greeted me. I: "oh, I just need a gift box." She, "Oh, we don't give it out anymore."   "Really?" I can't believe it. "How could that be? I purchased your bag and you won't provide a gift box?"  "When did you buy it and where did you buy?" She muttered off a string corp jargons, "...retail, online ... " which, I take that retail means physical store and online is, well, online. Simple enough?     She walked to the register, and asked for my email and phone to pull out my account. I don't mean to brag that I was a Coach fan, but there are at least 20 some bags in my online account in the last couple of years or three, and she said sorry if you didn't buy from us, we can't give you a box. "How do you define 'we'?" Online is NOT you? You share the same phone number and customer service, don't you? I was really surprised, and yes humiliated, as if begging. I asked to see the manager who came out a few minutes later, said the same thing. And she asked for my email and phone again. "Don't you have it on your screen?" I said. Yes it is. "Then WHY the hell did you ask ME again?!?!" "Pls don't be rude." She said.  So she looked up my orders, and said "I can't give you a gift box because your most recent purchase was February 2023, it's too long ago. ..." How do you define recent? She said "a month." I buy their bags normally online and sometimes in stores too. Sometimes in store, I usually don't use my online acct - just pay and go. As I was waiting for the grace of the manager, the tall sales girl in that store commented on my matching boots I told her I like their little blue bag so much, I got this blue boots to go with it. Tampa is 90 degrees year around weather. Am I crazy to wear boots? I don't know but I think this store and the manager is crazier, to treat customers without decency. Or she singles me out ... for what?! My race? Talking race makes one feeling small but I couldn't imagine why was I treated so terribly.  How many customers would come in to a Coach store, asking for a gift box if they don't need it? I have no idea. Your profit margin can't afford to offer a customer a gift box? Maybe I should just stick with Moynat. Less styles, so what? I sure do know that I won't be humiliated when asking for a gift box.  After left the store. I returned. And picked up a bag that's roughly the size as mine, and said, "wrap this up with a gift box, please." I will return the damn bag later through mail. The manager said, "you really want a box." What a dumb statement, after 30 minutes of my time, you just realized that I need a box? They threw me a box, without a shopping bag. Some wonderful service, Coach! Afterward, I went to Loft. Before I left, I asked them casually, do you still provide boxes? The lady behind the cashier, said yes and offered me one, which I certainly can use.   SO, here is how my gift will get to its destination: Coach bag in a Coach box, wrapped with Ann Taylor's soft paper tissue (I just got a delivery fm AT) carried inside a Loft shopping bag, that will go through the security check point at the airport, and get into the overhead bin... Isn't that wonderful?  If anyone of you would like some Coach bag, lightly used or new, please contact me, I couldn't wait to get ride of them all. We had the worst experience at this Coach store. Horrible customer service and a terrible manager.

I love coach, particularly the Stanton line for pocketbooks. They are made with good quality leather and the style is classic that never goes out of style. I have the Stanton 26 in several colors including the basic black and I love them! They can be used for casual or formal events, and definitely very stylish at any occasion. read more

Customer service/management at this location is sub par and does not meet the expectation of what Coach represents. I had a poor experience over a misunderstanding on the staffs part who didn't know her product/processes well enough. Not only was she a staff member, she was a store manager. She made me feel extremely uncomfortable as she preferred to attempt to prove me wrong over actively listening. I had to practically beg for assistance, when she finally realized she was incorrect and was treating me poorly over pre conceived judgement based on her own lack of knowledge, she became flustered and continued to make me feel uncomfortable instead of apologizing. Not one time did I become hostile or call out her poor behavior, but I did leave there feeling awful from how I was treated. I love.Ive purchased sooo many coach items but now I never want to step foot in a coach store again. read more

I stop by this location because I was in the area and had to go to another store to do an exchange. Upon my entrance into this store, I wasn't greeted and I tried to ignore that. So....I continued to walk further inside. There was a blond haired woman whom I stopped and asked her if an item I had could be repaired? She proceeded to say that the strap that I was speaking of on my rather costly leather wristlet would cost me about 100 or more dollars to have it repaired. I asked her was she joking because it was ridiculous? She went on to say that the repairs had been backlogged or something or another which to me still doesn't excuse the price that she mentioned. And before I could finish, she moved onto the next customer there and proceeded to basically ignore my presence. I walked out of the store and thought to myself....See it's the people like her that make that entire business look horrible! And....I will not be returning to this location. I own MANY Coach items and I don't go for being disrespected or treated as if I'm NOT important enough to be assisted. Maybe I wasn't old enough? Or I didn't have the stereo typical look of someone that shops there? Who knows? But one thing this woman shouldn't do is judge a book by its cover! I'm already a fan or Coach products. They are kind of a no brainer...if your Coach item begins to fall apart, etc...SEND IT BACK to them at their headquarters & they will replace it. That's why you spend the money on a quality product- it's will be yours for forever and is worth the investment. This store in particular yielded me an excellent experience this week. The two women who were working at 3:30pm in the middle of the week could not have been nicer, engaging, and literally made me feel like I was the only person that they needed to take care of (there were other customers & they received the same attentiveness). Talk about a custom experience!? They addressed me by name and by the time I left the store, I felt like I had friends to go back and visit :) I have a wealth of Coach merchandise and will continue to keep Coach as my go to for leather products, etc. Stylish, amazing customer service , fantastic guarantee of goods...Can't beat it. Nina and her team embody the true spirit of superlative customer service. The very reason that I shop in this Coach store rather than go online or to the outlet is solely because of the positive memorable customer experience which Nina has instilled into her entire team. It doesn't matter who helps me when I'm there it is exactly the same as when Nina helps me. The employees seem to truly enjoy working there and you can feel it from the initial greeting through the very way that they take care to package the items for gifting. I do love other higher end brands however, when I want to feel a connection and be in a friendly and welcoming place to by the gifts that I give, I think of this store first and I head straight there. They even remember little details like the fact that my wedding anniversary is on Christmas Day and that I love buying things for my mother in law who lives in Texas. I went in around 2PM on a weekday because I had ordered something from coach.com and they completely messed up my order. I was vey frazzled and worried that I wouldn't be able to get the bag I've been wanting for ages. The sales associates at this location were SO incredibly nice. They were vey helpful, friendly and knowledgable. This is officially the store that I will be going to for all future Coach purchases! read more
