I read someone here say, he's in his office most of time. I say there is some truth to that but I am glad that he doesn't micromanages me! He is still watching through his computer what is happening on the floor. He saw me struggling finding a balance once and he came right out to correct my posture. He is watching at all times and I appreciate that. I also love the encouragement that the gives me. His statement, "you are not here to try, you are here to work" lives rent-free in my head. I push myself harder because I know he believes I can do it. The fee can be a little steep for others but you get what you pay for . I treat it as an investment I am making for myself.
