When I first started training with Carlos about 18 months ago, I honestly didn't have an expectation on what I was getting myself into but I soon found out I'd become a loyal customer. In the beginning, I still had a gym membership with 24 hr fitness; one that I'd had for about 10 years but I rarely if ever went to. I'm happy to say I have stopped wasting be my money with24 hr fitness and am more than happy with the results I have had under the instruction of Carlos. In the beginning, I was a little scared. I'd never really done any weight training but I must say, I love it!!!! I come consistently every week, three times a week because I LOOK forward to my workouts. Yes, I may complain while I am doing them, but I feel really good after I am done. I'm really impressed at what I have accomplished with my squats, deadlifts, push presses and bench presses, along with all the other stuff I thought I'd never be strong enough to do. Don't let the small look of the gym deceive you! You will see results. I am the strongest I have ever been. Not only can I see the physical changes in my body, I can feel them too. When I started I had a really awful lower back pain...gone! I injured my shoulder doing rec sports and Carlos helped me nurse my injury and continue training. Carlos is seriously awesome! Carlos also has provided me with weekly meal plans that have made a a real impact in my weight loss. Basically, Carlos does all the grunt work and I am responsible for the execution....he's not a magician people, but he does lay it all out. Another Ugly: (Scam) At least big box gyms let you cancel if you move away 25 miles or more from a location of theirs. Their contract will have you pay out in full.
