I had reached out and spoke with the owner, Brett , easily we got everything in motion from there. I brought in the actual sweater when I received it and came by the store to drop off the info of what I wanted on the sweater. I did not get the the female that was working the front but she was very friendly with helping me on the sizing and placement of the dogs face and name for the sleeve. Overall, everything was speedy,efficient, and they were communicating to me (Kenny) via email throughout the entire process to make sure things were good to move on to embroider onto the sweater. It's hard to find a place that will do one piece item, a lot of places I reached out to required a minimum __ pieces and up . I will definitely be back, they did such a great job, my friend really loved her birthday gift !

I needed a 8ftx6ft birthday backdrop to be done in two days. I submitted a project quote here on Yelp and I had several responses from other printing shops including RedDot Printing. I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. They were also able to fit me in much sooner than I expected. When I arrived I was impressed by the shop. It's much larger than I thought. Very clean, organized and professional. Luis handled the consultation and estimate walked me through everything and made the process simple with no pressure. I had the rear chrome delete done on my Mercedes GLE 53 and the quality of the work was outstanding. What surprised me most was the pricing it was more competitive than several other shops I looked into especially considering the quality of the finished product. I'll definitely be back to have the rest of the chrome trim done and will be using them for detailing as well. If you're looking for a trustworthy shop in Huntington Beach for chrome deletes, wraps, or detailing, I highly recommend Rhino Film & Detail. I ordered from here and was told I'd get my shirts within a week, two at the max. After two weeks had passed with no contact from them, I tried to email the owner to check upon the status of my order. Not only did he not respond, he had one of his new hires call me after FIVE WEEKS after the order was supposed to be originally due, and they did not even offer an apology or excuse as to why this happened. I would NEVER order from this place again, and dealing with the owner Simon is one of the most insulting experiences. I came into the store to complain, and as I walked in he was cussing at his employees and refused to give me a refund. Save yourself some trouble, order from anywhere else. read more

My first time going there today. They just moved into a new nice building. I had called prior and the man was very helpful and told me to bring my item in and they would get to it within the day. Well I go in there and they finished my embroidery in 10 minutes! Very awesome. They do all the Little League Baseball jerseys for the local teams, I noticed lots of boxes. Seems like they have a lot of people that trust there work, and I do as well. I will for sure use them again and highly recommend them!!! read more

I was happy to see that they were open on the weekend as I work late during the week. I came in and brought the robe and met with a guy who was friendly. We went over the different color options, fonts, etc. The robe was a light purple so I ended up picking a pinkish color to compliment it. What I should of done was ask how much this would cost. When I picked it up a few days later I was charged $24! ....For one letter that was probably 2-3 inches big? I also noticed that behind the letter there was some white paper still attached. I asked the person there what is this and they said oh that's common for embroidered letters to have that on. Uhhh I was concerned it would be itchy on the body. Not sure what they were talking about because my robe has a stitched "K" with nothing behind it....it just goes through the cloth..... Felt that it was overpriced for the end product. Will look elsewhere for future projects.
