Owner Jason was simply AWESOME, taking my very small custom job on a walk-in basis, designing on the spot from a sample photo I brought with me minutes before closing on a Friday afternoon. We then walked into the shop to pick out the perfect fabric for my project. My small embroidery job was completed first thing Monday morning. I brought it home and stitched it on my ball cap. I'm 100% happy with great and responsive service, quality of work and good price. I'll definitely be back for my next project!

I messaged them through yelp on a sunday inquiring about the price and they responded pretty quickly despite the shop technically being closed. I was able to make an appointment for the following day on monday and Jason was super cool about showing me all my options and letting me lead with what I had in mind. My stole was done THE NEXT DAY which is crazy because a lot of places said it would take several days or even weeks to complete and I needed it fast because I was taking my grad photos that following saturday. This next part is kind of embarrassing but it must be mentioned...I mixed up their hours and went to pick it up on friday at 5:03pm but they had just closed at 5pm. I panicked because I was literally having people come down to help me with my photoshoot the next day and the shop is closed on the weekends. I called and messaged them on yelp explaining the mistake I made. Karen found my phone number and called me asking if I would be able to come back to their shop later that evening because they would be out all morning the next day. Jason drove back and opened the doors just so that I could get my stole before my pictures. Found this place online and needed to get a letter "A" embroidered onto a robe I bought for a gift…read more I needed it done within a week. I was happy to see that they were open on the weekend as I work late during the week. I came in and brought the robe and met with a guy who was friendly. We went over the different color options, fonts, etc. The robe was a light purple so I ended up picking a pinkish color to compliment it. What I should of done was ask how much this would cost. When I picked it up a few days later I was charged $24! ....For one letter that was probably 2-3 inches big? I also noticed that behind the letter there was some white paper still attached. I asked the person there what is this and they said oh that's common for embroidered letters to have that on. Uhhh I was concerned it would be itchy on the body. Not sure what they were talking about because my robe has a stitched "K" with nothing behind it....it just goes through the cloth..... Felt that it was overpriced for the end product. Will look elsewhere for future projects.

Just bring your ideas. These guys will get things going. Look, maybe you're close by, or maybe you have plenty of reasons to make a special trip. And in that case, drop by. Ask for any one of them. And as for "killing two birds with one stone," I never really got whether it meant killing two birds in flight with one big stone; or if it meant killing a bird with a stone, and then picking that same stone up and killing yet another bird with it.
