We did have one small issue develop shortly after the repair and Coachmasters stood by their work with true integrity.

After some time, the passenger side started blowing only cold air during the winter months. I went back, and once again they "fixed" it. Except, the next day, as I changed the temperature, I noticed it was still failing to work properly. I took it back immediately, and with no charges, they "fixed" it again. The passenger side is currently stuck on the heater, and has been for months. I was hesitant to bring my car back yet again because they were obviously doing something wrong. I'm not a mechanic, but based on my own research on my specific car, this is clearly an AC/heater blend door actuator problem. I decided to take my car elsewhere, and thank goodness I did because that mechanic shop informed me that a zip-tie was used to hold the heater door in place, which was causing the AC to not work properly. Additionally, the new mechanics reported that the plastic mounting portion that the actuator directly connects to is MISSING. Not exactly sure how a piece like that can just disappear, but I can only assume this establishment took it out or something because I have never taken it anywhere else before. I can understand that maybe using a zip-tie was his way of a quick fix, but never once did he disclose that was what he was doing. And now that the entire plastic mounting is missing, it's not just the actuator that needs fixing as I anticipated. Unfortunately, I can not afford the thousands of dollars I was quoted for all the parts and labor. Now I will be relying on those quick fixes and will have to return to the mechanics during each new season to get my AC and heater switched. I wish this establishment had been more truthful about the work they were doing on my car. Don't recommend.
