I was door dinged when I went out to the Christmas parade when a bunch of kids piled in a car and the parents didn't catch the door. I was devastated the father thought oh my gosh it's just a door thing, but it was right on the crease of my car and I thought oh my gosh that is never gonna be able to be fixed. His wife says it's no problem. her father managed a State Farm insurance company and she gave me her card and said take it to Coach Masters and I thought OK sounds good. first thing in the morning I went over there and I let them know that my card been door dinged and I gave them her card and they said yes we know her and we know her father and that he ran the State Farm and they do a lot of business with them and they'd give him a call. I set up an appointment and he wrote up an estimate how much it would cost and one little door dang mind you was almost $1900. They had my car for five days and when I got my car back, I was absolutely amazed. You never have known that that car had any do any work done to it anything the paint was pristine. Now Coach Masters told me that this paint was specialty paint and that it was gonna be very difficult to paint because the stage paint they took out my window had to take off the underneath fender well and had to be prepped correctly, and the dent was very deep. When I got that car back it was beautiful. They cut and polished the whole car. It was gorgeous. If you ever have any work that needs to be done. Take it to Coach Masters. I would have given Coach Masters 5 stars, 40 years ago, before yelp, and they still presently have outstanding customer service and integrity. I had them do body work for me, the last quarter 2025. They were so professional and did an outstanding job and even went way beyond, and painted a couple dings/scratches for no additional cost. They didn't even tell me! Of course I noticed, because I have always, hand wash my vehicles. I'm totally impressed and blown away at their professionalism! They even accidentally over charged me, due to body parts and sent me a refund check, of a couple hundred dollars. I appreciate people that do the right thing, no matter what! I'm of that cut and generation, as well. I got two quotes originally, and the other body shop never even bent down, and looked under the car for further damage. I had used Coach Master previously, and I knew how thorough they were, l would have chose them over any other company anyway. The service writer bent down and showed me a couple of things that were most likely going to be a problem, as they got into the repair. I knew he was going to do an excellent job. I needed an estimate of damage for 2 vehicles. I brought both cars in on Wednesday and the Owner promised an estimate by the end of business Friday. I called after one week and was told they would be done promptly, again this was not true. I called after another week and was told by the owner that he was just too busy and could barely keep up with the cars he was working on currently. The owner was originally excited to do our estimates until he found out it was for State Farm Insurance. He explained to me that it would be more work for him, as He is a State Farm shop, and would now have to use "His Integrity" to determine the actual damages. GIANT RED FLAG!!! read more

My brand new car was in an accident a few years back. The entire passenger side was totaled. Took it to Coachmaster repair. The entire passenger side had to be redone. New doors, quarter panels, bumpers, etc.. A few years later ALL of the rubbers and plastics on the side of the car that was repaired are ruined. They have broken down to the point that the doors now leak and the plastics/rubbers are almost completely deteriorated. I took it back and was told that "Redding heat" does that and there was nothing they could do. If it was "Redding heat", why is the rest of the car that was not touched by Coachmasters still in new car standing? The car still looks brand new with very low miles EXCEPT the entire passenger side. Unacceptable. Going to have someone else fix it before winter so it doesnt smell like mildew. read more

Horrible! If I could put a minus star, that's how I would rate them! Brought my car in back in October 2015 for a deer v. my car. My car was only four months new when I initially brought it in. From then on for at least two years, I had to take it back in for at least 6+ times for not completed work, sloppiness, not putting parts back correctly, etc. They would fix one thing and then create another issue. They had fingerprints inside the headliner, oversprayed my doors, forced the trim on, and one tail light not working, that's just to name just a few! I would leave thinking they fixed the issue and then find something else would be wrong. So much time wasted with my car in the shop continuously because they couldn't ever get it right! I could go on and on! Beware! Don't go there! If you have a luxury car, take it to where the dealer suggests. I should have taken mine to Niello Audi's body shop in Sacramento. Took my car in to have body work done. As far as time goes they were quick and the work they performed was good. Although my car had close to 200 miles more than when I dropped it off. I didn't know they had to drive it in order to fix the bumper. They also didn't leave everything back the way it was supposed to and they lost a cap that covers a bolt. I don't know for some reason I wouldn't feel comfortable taking it back there in the future. read more

It broke the tail light out and required a special order. Every one was so nice and accommodating. Had our car back in good time and was like new. I've been to Coachmaster for three vehicle repairs and another where we needed an estimate for a total loss insurance estimate. On ALL occasions we were treated amazingly well. The two different gals at the desk were always pleasant and professional. Allen bent over backwards to make sure I was a satisfied customer, even on the total loss estimate where they were not going to make any money for a repair. The quality of work and attention to detail has been fantastic! Perfect fit and perfect paint on each occasion; so good that there's no way one could tell there was any damage to begin with. Vehicles were washed, dried and vacuumed upon delivery. They are a State Farm Select repair facility for good reason. I will go back to them again if needed, as I have many times, and will recommend them to anyone who needs repair. read more

Brought my car here to get fixed after someone backed into me . They were amazing working with the insurance company fixed my car beautifully when I picked it up it was clean inside and out and the repair was perfect . The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is the communication with me about when my car should be done after delays was non existent I had to make every call to them to find out progress .... office help needs much improvement ... but the work they do is great . read more

Let me start off with DONT BOTHER GOING TO COACH MASTER! Complete rudeness. Just left there today for a cash paid quote. The " man " that gives the quotes ( I will not mention his name) needs to be educated on what is considered " fraudulent " . This man has lost a potential new customer due to his lack of correct information. As far as the customer service ... TERRIBLE! Extremely rude when I proceeded to explain what work I wanted done. He continued to argue with me about the work I was requesting. I am the customer it's cash paid I can have whatever I want done to my vehicle. I was treated horrible by this man and his receptionist to the point I was shaking mad when I left there. While I was speaking with her she could not put down her fork long enough to take care of business and when I asked for my information back I was told no! There are plenty of body shops in our town that have great customer service and deserve the business. This man will NEVER get mine. The only reason why Coachmaster is getting one star is because it won't post without doing it .. They don't deserve even one. read more

Service and people awesome!!! They called me before I could call when they received the insurance info. The supplier sent an after market plastic bumper that they would not accept. They had a new chrome metal bumper from Dodge when I came for them to install. Looks great. And, no "small" feat they washed the truck to a sparkle for me. Super service and caring!!! read more
