The beef patties were juicy, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. You can tell they use quality ingredients and take pride in what they serve. The French fries deserve their own shout-out. They're made from real potatoes, skins and all, and cooked to crispy, golden perfection. They were the perfect complement to the burgers. The staff was incredibly courteous, friendly, and helpful, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere captures Utah at its best--comfortable, unpretentious, and with just the right touch of country charm. It's easy to see why this place has such a loyal following. We're ready to conquer the trails after Mandi very generously offered all of our students and chaperones pancake breakfast. We probably wouldn't be able to keep doing these sorts of trips without support from our community. You can bet El Bambi has a customer for life in me, but I must tell you, the food was amazing. They have brisket, ribs, pulled pork, wings, and sausage. They opened just last month. When we went (early) they didnt have the brisket ready but it sounded delicious. Coleen wanted to take a drive to Circleville, so lunch at Main Street Eats was an easy decision. It's one of those small-town places with big-time hospitality. You can feel it the moment you walk through the door. What we ordered: I had the Jolee Sandwich -- grilled sourdough, crispy chicken, and melted cheese. Coleen ordered the day's special -- a grilled ham and cheese. And of course... we couldn't leave without taking two fresh cinnamon rolls home! The verdict: Comfort food done right. Friendly owners, great service, hearty portions, and the kind of place that keeps us coming back. Would I ride back for it? You bet.
