About a year or two ago ranger air came out and identified a problem with my air conditioner and…read morefixed it but told me the system was getting to the point of its end life. About a month and a half ago I had them replace the entire system and they did so. However, they're coming out tomorrow for the fifth time to replace leaking mastic in the handler. They sent the same person out for the first three times and a supervisor for the 4th and who knows tomorrow for the 5th. The handler is literally dripping water into the drywall in our home. I'm going to give them one last attempt and then I'm going to hire a third party and go to small claims court to have someone else who is competent in air conditioning to repair the air issue. Tomorrow will be the fifth attempt to solve the issue and hopefully they will agree to repair the damage called to the drywall. I will amend my review if this gets resolved. One more attempt and a third party will be paid to finally end this dispute

They left ducts with mold, exposed fiberglass, rusted supply cans and tried to pass it off as new. They did not replace 3 of the supply plenums including the one just above the air handler which had rust and old fiberglass. I asked them to come back and address and they tried to intimidate me and get me to sign off on their job. Highly unethical. Didn't apply for a permit on my job, I have pictures and have reported them to the county. RUN!

While the work itself was acceptable, the behavior of one of the young men on the job site was absolutely unacceptable. I believe his name was Michael (no one properly introduced themselves, which already felt unprofessional). At one point, I personally observed him vaping on the job site. I did not feel comfortable confronting him directly, as I was alone in my home, but I was extremely disturbed. This is a workplace -- not a lounge. Additionally, the language used by him and one of the other boys was completely inappropriate. There was frequent cursing and slang that I would not expect from professionals representing a company inside a client's home. It made the entire environment feel uncomfortable and frankly disrespectful. When you hire a company, you expect a certain level of professionalism and decorum. Unfortunately, that standard was not met. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue because clients should not have to feel uneasy in their own homes. Very disappointed.
